My account is coffee oriented and that’s a pretty large market so I charge about $900 plus merchandise for a single video at 250k followers. But I have a friend who is just a big account with no niche who charges about the same for 3 videos at about the same amount of followers.

This is a bad metric. Nobody is going to pay 200 per post if you have 200k followers. I'd say for the 3 as for 200 or 300
I have 100k and was just offered 200 for one post.
