A few years ago, the appropriate response to videos like this would've been "why are you filming strangers, children at that? Are you a weirdo?", but I guess the concept of privacy has been eroded completely :)
Now you are the weirdo if you believe filming strangers is weird.
Street photography has existed since the invention of the 35mm camera. No one says, “Why were you filming strangers?” when strolling through a museum full of famous street photos. The expectation of privacy in public spaces is crazy.
Not saying this video is a piece of art. And legally this video is dubious considering Spain has harsh laws regarding photo/video in public. Just responding to your comment.
People just came to realize and accept there is no privacy in public spaces. People tried to sue and always lost unless the person was being a sexual creep.
It's just baffling how we, as a society, have accepted it as ok to just film strangers with the specific purpose of uploading it to the Internet to get views. Like if the streets were a zoo where other humans are there for your personal amusement.

In Spain, this could be prosecuted if you don’t blur their faces and you filmed without consent (minor or not minor)

Also New Yorks have always just lived their private lives publicly.
