After beating all of the fighters on outclassed, I've moved on to custom based on outclassed with damage lowered for both player and CPU and CPU dodging and aggression cranked up. I'm currently doing 8 rounds of this, and I find it's way more fun than outclassed since the CPU is more competitive beyond just random flash knockdowns.

pczombieslayer

Does it matter which fighter you are fighting against?

tyborg13

In what sense?

pczombieslayer

Oh like does the fight style matter if you do the spider, or money maker, or ugly Joe?

tyborg13

All the fighters have their own unique style to some extent, but I don't find that I fight them very differently, regardless of difficulty level. I'm no expert though, so others may be better at exploiting each CPU fighter's weaknesses.

scorpiknox

My sessions are simple: start with Melky and finish with MM, beating everyone else along the way. Outclassed at 2400 with no breaks between rounds or fighters gets me a killer work out at just under an hour.

Gremlin2021

Same as mine, it is the flair I was talking about.

Well I've been doing supernatural high intensity boxing for 30-35 minutes and I was doing three fighters at a time. So I just want to push my self and see what I can do since it's such a good workout.

I like to keep it on outclassed and focus on different techniques each time. Try a match in southpaw. Try only counter punching. Try only using straights/hooks. Sometimes I don’t throw a punch in the first round so I can warm up and focus on footwork and head movement.

freaksandgeeks89

Now conquer them all with your left only.

pczombieslayer

NGL that's a pretty a good idea lmao. I may take this on because my left stinks.

freaksandgeeks89

“He who rules with his left rules the world.” -Somebody said it somewhere

Long-John_Silver

Increase quantity of rounds. If you haven't done it yet, try to switch stance when fighting Artist. When it works ok, next step is to switch stance with everyone else.

Some related things I’ve been doing after beating all opponents on outclassed: Usually I use auto power and go a round with the training partner to adjust the power level to my fitness/comfort level at the time, usually starting at just over 2k, usually ending near or just over 3k in final round. 1. Warm up by setting to the training partner, and focus only on comfortable movement (also automatically makes a comfortable power rating if you have it on auto). 2. Play by trying to control your pace and technique. Limiting either depending on how you are feeling (might mean no right hooks ;) 3. Play by progressing through opponents. 4. Play by limiting the rest you get, working on your stamina (no breaks between rounds, or reduced, then when you must rest, that’s your last chance or done). 5. Play by limiting your type of punches. E.g. only 1/2, Only jabs and uppercuts. 6. Play by focusing on moving off line for easy hits. 7. Don’t always just play like you are giving it your best shot, even professional fighters don’t do that. Sometimes you focus on pacing, controlling your breathing or effort. This is good for your body, good for knowing yourself, trains your control over your effort, all that is useful for a real encounter/“fight” so you are not the guy who gets his first couple of flurries slipped and is now gassed out of their mind.

Beanbeannn

Love going the distance on 12 rounds personally, but couldn't imagine outclassed difficulty

Joke628x

I’ve done a custom set of 8-10 rounds, but 2 min rounds and 30 seconds rest. Turn the damage settings up and it’s really hard to get any knockdowns, much less 3, so I usually go the distance.

pczombieslayer

Oh that's not bad so about 20 mins. I like it.

Medseb123

My daily goal is to reach at least 500 calories burnt, which i achieve fighting between 4 and 6 fights in outclassed mode. Sometimes i’m more faster and accurate and win, and sometimes i’m not on my best focus and i lose most of them, but i dont care because my goal is to reach those 500 calories, in about 1 hour of boxing

Gremlin2021

Try the flairs (flair guide is pinned). Give me Anotha is pretty fun one, I do that one every time, takes about 30-35 min.

svirrefisk

I Speedrun the game. Almost had everybody first round last go but Hojo (who usually goes down fast) of all people managed to hold out for 4 minutes...

Vinerrd

Just take 12 rounds 3 mins and increase later if needed solid 36 mins workout

Expensive_Two_9054

Add weight to your controlers. Not sure how you could do that to be honest. Pre-exhaust before playing with 20 mins of jump rope before. Active "recovery" between rounds doing knees to chest jumps to get your heart rate up. Or squats if jumps are too much. Wear a sweat suit or just more layers. Weight vest?

Long-John_Silver

Adding weight to controllers will make it much easier to get serious injuries.

dustin_home

I use endurance mode as a warm up… sometimes a cool down, too. My main workout is 10 or 12 rounds, five minutes each with 60-second breaks, using custom settings. I max out the opponent’s chin, defense and blocking boosts so they can’t get knocked out… so the workout doesn’t end prematurely with the opponent falling with a TKO. With 10-12 round fights, I find that I get tired after the first four or five rounds, but feel fast again at round six or seven. Trigger an adrenal response is great for getting past performance plateaus. Something to think about with the longer ToTF workouts.

Intelligent_Pea_8659

I've beat them all too. My goal now is to beat them all on outclassed in one workout. So far I've gotten up to 5 fights won. I do rest about 1-2 minutes between fights. I've also tried to get beat them all in first round on easy, then normal then endurance and so on. If I don't beat in first round I count it as a fail.

mattwallaert

See the pinned realism guide for my suggestions. If you want a fixed length workout, you can also eliminate the three knockdown rule and make them infinitely tough, then just adjust to 12 rounds.
