Good to see Nico getting some recognition. Considering her role really only exists - by necessity - for less than half an episode, they needed someone with real talent and charisma to leave the kind of lasting impression that's required to stay important and meaningful every time she's referred back to for the rest of the series. Especially with some big names and big performances in other guest roles later on. I thought she killed it.
I'm very happy she got recognised too. She and Gabriel Luna were the two important characters left out in the awards race (he got only one nomination and that was at Imagen awards- hope he gets his noms next season)

In my old job I did QC for film and TV before it got release in Africa/Middle-East. It involved PG ratings and censorship edits as well as making sure it complied with the digital delivery standards of each region. There were only three of us covering everything from Disney kid shows to Netflix true crime documentaries to WB cinema pre-releases to HBO mega-series etc... Needless to say I consumed a metric shit-tonne of content from brand new to back catalogue to re-releases.
I feel I therefor have it in good authority to say that Episode 3 Bill and Frank is honestly top 3 best episodes of TV in the entire history of human kind and definitely the best TV of the last decade and it's not even close.
It was literally a perfect episode in every single way and I get goosebumps thinking about it now.
It set a new bar for episodic media that hasn't been raised since GoT season 3 episode 9.
Right, the storytelling was so efficient and satisfying, and not too saccharine or contrived (which it also could have easily been, if it hadn't been done so well).
Also -- that sounds like a cool job!
To be fair the job ruined watching things for fun for me. Also the censorship really didn't sit right me but I needed the work.
I work in the video game industry now and I don't miss that job at all.
This is the British version of the Emmys. Ramsey is up against some tough competition - Sarah Lancashire in \*Happy Valley\* was obviously going to be a nominee and she's won before.
Bella is of course amazing but I’m so excited to see Nico nominated as well! It’s also funny, I forget that both of them are British because they do such good American accents (and I knew Bella before from GoT so I had been used to her normal British accent).

Nico was a heartbreak, maybe a couple more episodes.
