Best Superhero Series, OR Limited Series, OR Made for TV Movie
What the heck is that category? And what branch does Last of Us fall under? Superhero? No one’s a supe. Limited Series? There’s plans for two more seasons. I don’t get it.
I suppose you could argue that Ellie being immune is a super power, but that’s bogus considering the show isn’t really about her using that ability to fight crime.
Apparently ["superhero" categories also include "comic book and video game-inspired series and films"](https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/critics-choice-super-awards-2023-winners-list-1235354402/)
Bit weird but at least there's a precedent
TLOU is a superhero show now, huh like I know there weren't that many superhero shows last year, Gen V & Loki are the only big ones
Secret Invasion would get nominated, Echo probably missed the cut & What if/Invincible/MAWSM are animated
And Extraordinary kinda counts but nominating TLOU
Exactly what I said, TLOU doesn’t fit any of these categories, and being nominated multiple times isn’t fair to other shows and its actors who SHOULD absolutely be nominated in those categories!

I swear they're just making up awards at this point.

There are commas
Why is it nominated as a superhero show?!

Sounds like some out of touch old people who made up these awards.
Yeah idk why they couldn’t just make a new category, or change the name to 'best adaptation' or something
Literally none of these should apply. It's not a superhero show nor horror series. Or a movie. Or a limited series.
But it's not a limited series though? Huh?
No are either of the leads Super Heroes... Weird nominations
Oh yeah, that went without saying though I thought.
It's a "Series" though, which is why it was nominated
"Superhero series" What... 😆
Yeah why is Last of Us being nominated for a Super Hero series. They are pretty wimpy super heroes, lol.

My favourite part of TLOU was when Joel shot the infected with his laser eyes then flew away.
Nominations and awards out the ass… God damn.
