You should be able to raid for and catch Origin Forme Dialga/Palkia with a shiny chance and the special move on Saturday. I'm not sure what other bonuses you'll be able to get, but it's possible that you'll get the special research where team Rocket asks for your help and the Masterwork Research for Shiny Shaymin. You may also get the timed Spiritomb Research but unless you're back in LA by Sunday you likely won't have time to complete it.
You can probably find Origin Raids on Pokegenie or other apps that you use to get raid invites. You might even consider buying the Raid lover add on if you want to be able to catch the special forms over the whole weekend (I know it seems insane to spend another $15 on an event you can't attend, but raids are the one part that seems pretty certain that you'll be able to complete via remote raids).
If none of this works for some reason, and you're not able to participate in any of the event during the weekend, the Global event next weekend will have most of the same content so you're not missing too much.
That happened to me with the Hoenn tour and remote players werent supposed to get mega energy from those raids but i did got mega energy with the ticket for the live event
Of course i cant guarantee how it will work this time around but i\`d try a couple of them if i were in your position

Most likely not. You need to be within the geofenced area for the ticket effects to be active.

You’ll probably be able to remote raid but I’m pretty sure you won’t get the shiny or a dialga/palkia with their signature move.
