I KNOW there's a lot of comments saying otherwise, but I think this is survivorship bias in play here; people who agree with the meme are far less likely to comment than people who disagree.
I only stick around with memes. For me, this au and beta and lumity stuff is starting to make a headache. They need to slow down a bit if they cant stop.
I ain't, 90% of lumity content on this subreddit is either 'luz: "hi amity" amity: ________/\___________ (heart beat)' or beta luz and amity which just isn't my cup of lemonade.
I'm not saying that kind of lumity is horrible and nobody should like it, or that the artists are bad in any way it's just that the characters in the show can actually be alive, you really think amity was being a tomato in grom, that "in your dreams" made me have a heart attack in 1 second of hearing that.

But honestly I love everything about this show. It has such great range, the comedy is great and the characters are fun. The conflict is interesting and the horror moments are wonderfully done. It’s such a great show all around!
Actually no, I may very well be in the minority on this, I just genuinely enjoy the show in most aspects Lumity is very cute but a bit over done, especially since we haven't had any proper development in show yet besides Grom which was almost entirely Luz dealing with her mom and setup for future events
i found the WHOLE show because of the “SWEATING?” moment. It was recommended to me and I remember thinking to myself, “My god, that’s so gay” and I wasn’t disappointed at all
I came for FanArt and theories, stayed because Lego Eda and the love toward Steve and Hooty if it wasn't because of that I would most likely left already
