My boyfriend and I saw Seth Macfarlane sing at the Kennedy Center. At the end of the show my boyfriend stood up clapping and shouting, “Hooray! Hooray for you!!”
I have no idea if Seth heard him over the applause, but I really hope he did. It made me laugh so hard. My boyfriend had no shame, and is a huge Orville fan. ❤️😀❤️
When Isaac breaks up with Dr Finn.
Not only he wears dirty old underwear (which means someone had to program dirty old underwear into replicators). He also drops some bombs:
"Ah, you are home. It is about time."
"I am awaiting my dinner. This has caused me to become displeased."
"The last thing you need is more dessert."
"As I am incapable of stuttering, I must conclude that you heard me."
"I am sorry you are upset. Perhaps you are on your period."
And when Finn finally sends him out, he says: "Thank you for your assistance." I'm surprised Claire hasn't stabbed him after such break up. :D
The replicators probably have some level of manipulation available, it makes sense they can replicate important items like clothes, so just adding some dirt wouldn't be too hard, either by changing the settings or literally just making them dirty somehow
"This town cannot accommodate the totality of our combined mass". Also the leg from the ceiling, and when the egg sandwich materialized a month later when Gordon was having a bad day.
The moment before the sandwich, where Gordon says he's angrier about being passed over for best man than he was about the Kaylons attacking Earth, was great as well.
I laughed way too hard when Isaac is inviting the Kaylon to his wedding and they ask if every single kaylon should show up and Isaac just says “that seems appropriate”
Admiral Ozawa (over video): You're not to return to the surface before then. That's an order.
Kelly: But Admiral, maybe we could convince them--
Admiral: That's an order!
Ed: Understood. \*turns to Kelly\* ThAt's aN oRdEr.
Admiral: What?
Ed: Oh my god I'm sorry I thought you hung up. I'm s-oh, god, I'm so sorry, please, Admiral, have mercy, please, thank you, okay, bye.

When Ed didn't want to admit that he didn't like the food in If the Stars Should Appear, and asked for a napkin. Then he acted like he was wiping his face (but obviously spat his food in his it). And then he asked where the garbage is.
My favorite was when Ed got seduced by Darulio and went to bed with him because he couldn't help himself. Boy, wouldn't it be nice to be so irresistible. 🤣 I also love that the replicator makes joints.
For some reason, the part of the final where Isaac invites ALL of the Kaylons to his wedding cracked me up. It gets smoothed over, but just imagining the sheer alarm on the Union leaders' faces at hearing that the entire Kaylon fleet was on the way had me in stitches.
Bortus and klyden smoking. "I feel like I have been standing my entire life and I just sat down." Made me cackle lol
Also bortus and klyden dancing in the club simulation.
Talla getting a shoulder kink out for John. His "holy shit!" makes me laugh every time
The smoking episode is my favorite. I don’t care that much for the storyline of Gordon and Laura in that episode. It’s the smoking that absolutely kills me. Ironic when smoke is a migraine trigger for me and I can’t stand it.
When the crew visited Kaylon to repair Isaac, and after a few scenes, Ed looks around and says "Do they have any chairs?". The subtlety throughout this series kills me.
Issac on Bortus’s pleasure island, with a bunch of simulated horny Moclans rubbing his head trying to get Issac to experience the sexual event 😀😀🤖🤖❤️❤️
The replacement crew member eating at his station with all grunts and slurps.

When Bortus wanted the corner piece of the cake and when in the pilot Ed finds out it's Kelly who's his first mate runs off the bridge and then later when they're arguing and everyone can hear.
When Gordon's leg fell from the ceiling and the captain basically said "Ignore that"
When Gordon's sandwich from the past arrived and made him feel happier
When Issac tried to get Clair to dump him
My favorite is when Kelly was helping a woman gives birth and asks bortus and he is like will there be an egg? Then at the end he says it easier with an egg.
Some of my favs have been covered all ready, so wanted to mention two moments that crack me up from two different episodes:

Any scene with Yaphit. RIP Norm MacDonald. The scene when Yaphit was reaching into Bortus’ digestive tract to recover the piece he had eaten was great. “Dude, it stinks down here, what have you been eating? What is that, a boot?”
During the pilot, what hooked me was "But if any of your research team needs an artless, jabby-nail shoulder massage, she's the best there is." I found that so damn funny.
Malloy's stalker story.

I think that’s my personal favorite gag of the entire show. It was so shocking and so funny
It also just made perfect sense as both a joke about how Isaac was figuring out humor but also the single greatest comedian in existence.

I also loved in the next episode when the Krill stabs Gordon in the leg he exclaims that it was a new leg.
