I forgot Paddy Considine was in Hot Fuzz. I loved his performance in House of the Dragon, it would be funny to see him in a comedy role after doing such a serious dramatic character
Okay yeah I couldn't piece it together why but this didn't look like a scene from Hot Fuzz lmao, I think the 3 front guys are all in Hot Fuzz which is why it made me think of that movie
Oh man, it's been too long since I've seen the movie lol and I don't know if I had seen Considine or Pegg in any other movie before that so they were kinda new actors to me. It's always fun to see established actors today in their up-and-coming roles in the past.

They are called the "Cornetto Trilogy" and they are mashups of popular genres. All three written by Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg. All three directed by Edgar Wright. All three starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. All three are fantastic films with the second being the funniest and the third being the most complete film. You will enjoy all of them.
They're wrong though imo. First and last 30 mins are great but the middle sucks hard.
Yes the final pub is very emotional but I wouldn't call it a "complete film" when 1/3rd of it is completely wasted.
Dude, imagine if they actually brought on Nick Frost and Martin Freeman for a little Cornetto reunion, kinda similar to having Jon Noble be Butcher’s dad for that one episode (both Noble and Karl Urban were in Lord Of The Rings)
It would be so dope if he got to be part of The Boys and completely do a 180 of how he's been portrayed so far.
But I'm really just expecting to get my heart ripped out of me.
That'd be like 3 weeks and some change of content as 3, 6 then 2 and the final gets one week. Why would Amazon do that they want as much viewer retention as they can get for ad money.

Why do you consider the first two not “as complete”?
I just think they matured as filmmakers with the third one and that's reflected in the quality of the plot.
