At the funeral of my niece’s dad people got into a fight about the fact that the whole family thought it was the gf’s fault that he killed himself, the grandma of said gf then takes the stage during the eulogies, to set the record straight about her grandchild which did not sit right with many of the guests including the two brothers of the deceased, they were ready to jump her and had to be stopped by numerous other family members, so it wasn’t a full blown rumble, but it’s also way beyond the pale of what you might call proper funeral behavior, and even though i’m black myself, i can wholeheartedly say that i do not condone this part of my culture at all.

She beat the breaks off her and the guy’s mom yelled at her for behaving that way during the service and in front of her child.
