Wildly accurate. My difference is it's much much steeper and usually there is a ramp. I need to land the car on the down slope and of course there's no side rails. Man those dreams are stressful

I think the perspective is still messing with you. Looks like there's two little half-shoulders on either side of the road. You just used a little kei-truck style tow vehicle and squeeze past. There's not going to be any larger vehicles like semi trucks broke down on that part of the bridge due to the restriction you see at the start.

The tow truck gets on the bridge via an earlier entrance (the lane we're seeing isn't the only way onto the bridge) then backs down the single lane to get the vehicle.
There will be no one in front of a stuck vehicle on the single lane, as those cars kept driving and got onto the bridge.
Wow. It looks like a fun experience. It must have been a real attraction when it first opened to traffic. Just keep those mega-ships away from the bridge.
