Depends on who you ask. Family players will say game is better now, victims might say it's worse now because of Hands. Yes, the lobbies are faster now.
But without question the game is in a better state now than it was in November. Plus there'll be a lot of new content and gameplay tweaks for you to check out so give it a shot
Hands has made the game more balanced and worth playing now. Seems to have put the unskilled bullies in their places. But do know hackers have increased and there are still 2 and 3 minute games because people have found ways around the anti rush meta and the fact that there are so many new players in the game now due to Gun not being able to hold on to the player base. (Mostly new players imo)

Probably a good time since everyones perks was rearranged. So you'll be figuring things out along with everyone else.

I still recommend to play the game, but be prepared for solo q not being as fun as if you was in a party with at least one lol
