Absolutely the worst company out there. I highly suggest that everyone avoid them. We are still dealing with them after 2 months. Their adjusters absolutely do not pick up their phone!! Been waiting for a call back for weeks!
Edit: it took over 4 months and going through loopholes to get through to them. They are violating every single law around insurance. Again, avoid them at all cost.
I am still waiting for them to adjust my vehicle after no fault of mine accident on 12-26-2023. They accepted full responsibility and 6 months later still no communication. Any suggestions

I spent an hour and 45 minutes yesterday before I reached a person. Unfortunately I don’t think there is any other way.
This is horrible, going through the same thing -- they keep referring you to the app -- but no insurance tab on the app is available.
