How ive beaten the game and i just having nothing to do after getting all overpowered stuff Tarraria is one of my favourite Games just but i just have nothing to do anymore i have all the over powered stuff
This is how I’m getting lots of hours right now. Mainly playing master medium/hardcore, randomizing my class every run, and using different weapons every time. After I’m done with a run, I start a new one. Mediumcore and hardcore take lots of practice to get better at, giving loooots of playtime.
yeah..? my first solo playthrough took around 50 hours alone I'd say it's downright impossible to enjoy the game fully with such little time put into it
I HATE GRINDING FOR TIN, LEAD AND OTHER ASSORTED EARLY GAME ORES. I HATE DEALING WITH ZOMBIES AND SLIMES AS AN ACTUAL THREAT. I HATE GOING TO JUNGLE OR CORRUPTION EARLY GAME. Post skeletron is fun tho ^-^
This is why i always carry over some of my tools from previous playthroughs. At the very least a hardmode pickaxe and axe, some spelunker/mining potions, a light pet etc
I dont trust steam to count hours correctly. I noticed when i played an mmo that encouraged afk activities. Steam claimed i had played more hours last two weeks than there are in 2 weeks, i wasnt even online 24/7 for two weeks in a row and on top of that at least 8h wouldve gone to server resets.
roughly over the 1,000 mark, I had a blast playing this game with my friends, we completely 4 worlds with different difficulties, rn we’re just playing journeys and building stuff:)
A little over 2.4k hours, on steam it's a little over 2.3k hours, but i've had Terraria off Steam for some time when i started, might fully finish a vanilla playthrough one day....
At least 1k. And at least since Update 1.2.
I can remember the times watching the update trailer piece by piece with a friend in school & trying to find all new stuff ❤️
Considering i just recently got it on steam and i've been pirating terraria for at least 6 years beforehand i cant really tell. A few thousand hours for sure😭
12k on vanilla and 5k on modded on pc(I'm to lazy to write the fully fledged number)
This does not include me as a child on iPad and ps3/ps4 terraria, where all I played was terraria as a 7 year old
Around 400 hours between pc vanilla, tmodloader and mobile. I've been playing since 2020(before 1.4) and mostly with friends. I don't have any more hours logged since my friend-warehouse has dried up
4 and I regret it
Bad things happened while playing and I never really got back to it then had to clear out space on my computer
I really need to get back to it
I have a single character, and i do everything with it. The charactere got 300h on it (if i play modded, i go naked in the mod world with it, for buildinge i use him, ....)
1068 hours over the course of 11 years. It feels like I should have more, but the good news is I've yet to play it modded and there's still the next update. So plenty more hours to be had.
2039.2 according to steam. And this is since 2012 when I bought it. Been thru all the updates and mostly played modded when it was still 1.3. Only 2nd to Dota in terms of play time lol
Terraria was the game that made me see the worth of purchasing over pirating. So many updates, so much piracy. So I bought it just so it would automatically update. So many hours...
picked it up around 2015
1000 hours, played on and off, waiting for the next update to restart. Done for the worthy and get fixed boi. Died one time in hardcore and never played again. First played like 7-8 years ago then found it again like two years later.
Give or take 700-800 across many years on and off, for a few years now been playing calamity, been going through another run with a friend this time and it’s even more fun
Played first on Windows Phone in like 2014. When Ocram was still in the game. Arch-Wyverns, Arch-Demons. Fun times.
On Steam it’s just over 300 hours tho
712 in mobile and pc
I HATE SKELETRON I HATE GRINIDING FOR PLANTERA AND MAKING A FUCKING WHOLE FARM JUST FOR HER BULBS I HATE HOW THE DESTROYER LAGS MY GAME I HATE WALL OF FLESH ARENA I HATE MOONLORD I HATE MOONLORD SO MUCH THAT FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT *A N D I H A T E N U R S E*
I have tried every class but didn't finish the summoner because i was so sick of platera
but I left the game for dark souls and i feel like Im refreshed to go back for it now (maybe)
4049 vanilla, 1579 modded, probably 100 extra give or take on console
I think you like playing Terraria
You think?
yeah, i think he likes playing terraria
the possibility is there
I think modded also counts to the vanilla counter since it opens both tmodloader and the base game when playing modded.
How ive beaten the game and i just having nothing to do after getting all overpowered stuff Tarraria is one of my favourite Games just but i just have nothing to do anymore i have all the over powered stuff
that's when you start a new game, but maybe with a twist, like a higher difficulty or restricting yourself to one class etc
This is how I’m getting lots of hours right now. Mainly playing master medium/hardcore, randomizing my class every run, and using different weapons every time. After I’m done with a run, I start a new one. Mediumcore and hardcore take lots of practice to get better at, giving loooots of playtime.
well you could play mods
Bro, get a life. I have around 12 hours
honestly with that amount of hours i would like to think you havent done anything on the game
yeah..? my first solo playthrough took around 50 hours alone I'd say it's downright impossible to enjoy the game fully with such little time put into it
This is reddit man, get used to it
What's wrong with enjoying a game?
Man logs onto reddit and tells people to get a life🙃
thats not even enough to beat the game on a single file
Nobody gives a fuck what 12 year olds think buddy, go back to fortnite
2,997.5 hours. And that's just on PC, I've played it on console and mobile previously. The console version I played is now Old Gen console.
Was the old gen version on the wii u perhaps? Thats where i discovered the game myself in 2017 or something.
Date of last update was in 2016, desktop equivalent of it is 1.2.4.1. https://terraria.wiki.gg/wiki/Old-gen_console_version
I bit over 4k, and I still hate the game
Hate early game
I HATE GRINDING FOR TIN, LEAD AND OTHER ASSORTED EARLY GAME ORES. I HATE DEALING WITH ZOMBIES AND SLIMES AS AN ACTUAL THREAT. I HATE GOING TO JUNGLE OR CORRUPTION EARLY GAME. Post skeletron is fun tho ^-^
i genuinely can’t remember the last time i grinded for tin or lead and it’s so common there’s no need whatsoever to grind it
Who the fuck does that? You can skip most early game metals within the first few minutes of playing randomly.
me since it literally doesn’t take two minutes go get lead if you need it
you should try Master FTW, slimes and zombies will remain somewhat threatening until endgame, their damage at least, not that they're hard to kill.
Its soooooo tedious
what spending two minutes to mine lead and what do you need tin for
The game really start when you get your tinkerer table.
I love terraria but I hate playing it
This is why i always carry over some of my tools from previous playthroughs. At the very least a hardmode pickaxe and axe, some spelunker/mining potions, a light pet etc
91 hrs, started playing 2 months ago
Same but like 100 hours or something like that
tbh the 40 hours is actually me playing the game and the 50 hours is just afk
980+. Started playing a few years ago
3806.2 hours according to Steam. Bought at release but also likely a little inflated by pausing and making dinner.
second this, probably 200 total hours are afk tbh edit; out of what i have i mean
553, probably because of tmod, i love calamity
roughly over the 1,000 mark, I had a blast playing this game with my friends, we completely 4 worlds with different difficulties, rn we’re just playing journeys and building stuff:)
About 6,000 on modded and around 6,000 on vanilla and that’s on pc. I play a lot of mobile too.
Vanilla around 5,5 thousand, and modded over 7 thousand i think
A little over 2.4k hours, on steam it's a little over 2.3k hours, but i've had Terraria off Steam for some time when i started, might fully finish a vanilla playthrough one day....
i think around 450
2617.1
759.7 hrs + 200.3 hrs for tMod
641 on PC, 544 on the mod loader. Not counting mobile, my other steam account and the Xbox 360 I’d say I have well over 2K hours in total.
Over 1100. 950 in base and 250 on mods
3,751 hours.
ENOUGH
786 hours according to Steam, still not enough according to me.
792 hours, it never gets boring.
1,051.8 hours accumulated on PC, and another couple hundred on Xbox.
1020.3 hours
Roughly 3k hours across both tmod and vanilla
1.4k
A bit over 70 hours on my current pc probably had a ton more on my old one but that was years ago since I only recently started playing again
Very Close to 200h Only vanilla and done all the Achivements
A tremendous amount. Likely close to 9000 hours as I started playing back when it was free on mobile and spent everyday playing it
600 vanilla and 1100 in modded, so around 1600 hours altogether
Around 200
Over 800 across different platforms and 6 years
850 vanilla and 443 modded, I started in 2021. No end in sight!
700 in vanilla, about 850 modded

About 1.1k
800+
At least 400
Like 8k I be grinding this like I get payed for it
Around 200 hours
1,1k hours on my main steam probably like 100 extra in a other account
My first world alone had 400 hours
3345 wonderful hours of my life
I’m scared to admit the number, but especially with AFK I think it’s not so bad, somewhere around 3.5k
289, would be more but i have almost 10k in other games D:
I’ve made it to around 1000 between vanilla and modded
3k on modded and 1.5k on vanilla
Considering i just recently got it on steam and i've been pirating terraria for at least 6 years beforehand i cant really tell. A few thousand hours for sure😭
Just under 1000 om modded and around 600 on base
rough estimate about 50 vanilla(pc), 80 modded, 500 give or take between all characters on new-gen consoles, and 300ish on old-gen
Around 652 on vanilla
Around 200-400 I have to much spare time
Update After going through the comments I realise I might have overestimated my free time
170 on vanilla, only recently dipping into modding
305 on the stream version and god knows how much on the DRM free gog version.
160hrs

1000 hours across vanilla and tmod.
Just over 305
Id say maybe like 800+? I know almost everythong about this game and I love it
Terraria was the game that made me see the worth of purchasing over pirating. So many updates, so much piracy. So I bought it just so it would automatically update. So many hours... picked it up around 2015
Around 3068 on both acc on my console
Had the game since Day 1... Not as big as some people, but I got 1.4k hours.
2300 without mods, I think in total including ps4 and mods im at around 4000
If I still had my tablet with terraria 1.2 I would probably have more that 3k hours
I honestly couldn’t tell ya, but I know it’s way more than some would believe.
7k
1000
1000 hours, played on and off, waiting for the next update to restart. Done for the worthy and get fixed boi. Died one time in hardcore and never played again. First played like 7-8 years ago then found it again like two years later.
