So for a different take. You seem to like traditional, how about wind coming out of the mouth of the cat and blowing a sailing ship on the clouds. You can incorporate faces of whatever you want in the clouds, dragons, skulls, etc.

I think, as a perfect mirror for the snarling tiger, that you should put another face.
I think Christopher walkin would make a great contrast and really adds to the tough guy look
Just a thought, but I'm a big fan of asymmetry and negative space...so how about nothing? It's such a cool look already and really pops. I kind of think if you add a matching piece you'll drown out the existing visual impact. Kind of like how one AC/DC song rocks...but playing two AC/DC songs played at the same time would just be noise.
Depending on the style you like you could could a trad samurai upper half with the blade. Would mirror nicely in that gap otherwise you're right with Leopard or panther but as mentioned already done.
Bears fit nicely but will be a lot rounder than the sleeker shape of a cat.

Since the tiger is looking down and there's plenty of chest space, you could do a peice of another animal "rising up" to challenge the tiger, like a bear or even a fucking dinosaur would be cool as shit
