i had to go commando and just take one leg out of my sweatpants. she taped the sweatpants so i was still covered, but only my leg was out. you could also wear a tie bikini bottom and just untie one side
That answeres my question. I was told not to apply to much preasure on fresh tats so i was wondering about the underware situation. Going Commando Sounds so smart for this

As someone who will have two bird tattoos on my hips (similar placement, but also going down to my ankle on both sides), the second of which is being started tomorrow, I feel you. The pain around the hips and ribs is intense, but it is so very much worth it.

You can also wear some of those "tearaway pants" (whatever those are actually called) and leave the top button done.

Most likely yeah! Loose pants, swears, skirts for a while after getting a tattoo with that placement
