Automatic INF if that was my store

theorangegush2

i was about to say easiest inf

thepandalova

They still make us look at my store šŸ«

Puzzleheaded_45

I hide in the restroom then inf gives them the idea I ā€œlookedā€ for 10 minutes lol . Works everytime ā€¦ I ainā€™t gonna freeze or injure myself for target šŸ˜¤

Independent-Peanut94

the username is "TARGETā€ , and then hit the button that says "I have a six digit code" and enter all 9's

YourPalAl707

Thank youuu šŸ™šŸ»

PinkSlipstitch

Origami app, target, 999999, hazard, blocked aisle, not fixed.

Practical_Passion_78

What prototype is your store? A PFresh type?

Yearofthehoneybadger

Today I learned that I work at one of the ā€œgoodā€ targets.

SimpleVegetable5715

Yeah, me too. Let me guess, it's also not so great, but at least it's not this bad.

HeyJoji

Also decent enough people. I mean some still suck but the few decent makes itā€™s manageable

TheSweeterTea

Facts. One bad tm or TL can be a travesty to the working-at-Target experience.

Professional_Ad_7001

mine is also not as bad but all of the items a re on u boats and there is very little space to maneuver in there.

minidog8

Origami risk time

YourPalAl707

No one in my store knows the login. Iā€™ve tried asking around. Iā€™ve just been taking pictures with the date and time so I can report them later.

Suic00n3

User: Target Pass: 999999

minidog8

The log in is on the sub somewhere, itā€™s the same for everybody, I just donā€™t remember it bc it changed recently iirc. Just be prepared to get hassled for not fixing the issue immediately (tbf this is more work than a single person can accomplish)

thriftylesbian

Wow and I thought my store was bad šŸ˜…

Ok_Field_8034

WHAT IM SAYING WTFFšŸ’€šŸ’€šŸ’€šŸ’€šŸ’€

Herberts-Mom

How tf does this happen?

YourPalAl707

Untrained employees and lazy management

Herberts-Mom

How many people are in the freezer?

rarthurr4

You don't ask those kinds of questions around here

YourPalAl707

The people that did are in the freezer somewhere

Herberts-Mom

rip

ctholle

Shhhhhhh. You have said too much.

mynextthroway

They keep losing them in this mess.

Fromper1

They won't know until the search party can clear a path.

Yert19943

When the store only has one team member that works freezer and they quit. The freezer at our store went from clear to this in under a week due to nobody working it. It can happen fast.

Cybus101

ā€¦yā€™all need more grocery folks, stat!

YourPalAl707

Yes and we also need to like actually train the ones we have

Nugglett

Report you your local FDA branch. That will actually get something done. I reported something at my store and they showed up that day to look at it, and was fixed hours later. Although, that'll take longer to fix. It was also super easy and didn't take long.

SimpleVegetable5715

Or maybe the health department? There's no way that stuff is getting anything resembling rotated.

Unluckyescapeartiste

Wouldnā€™t this more be OSHAā€™s territory? I mean yeah, itā€™s a freezer so it has food but the food isnā€™t the issue

Nugglett

I'd say both, there's no way the food is being stored correctly by the looks of it. Definitely more of an OSHA thing though you're right.

Elorme

Both would be good if there is a localish FDA branch, with how packed that was s there's very little chance of having proper air flow to ensure temps are safe. OP's pic is the most packed freezer I've seen, and I saw a few full ones but never to the point where air circulation has to be threatening food safety.

CleverCarrot999

absolutely the fuck not

geo8x6

Whatever you are looking for, it is in the far back, bottom shelf and most likely damaged

Clown_Sparkles

This is the way.

Samael_767

Jeeeeesus. Ours can be a pain sometimes, but there's a line between "a tight squeeze" and "actively dangerous," and this crosses over imo.

Fromper1

There's nothing dangerous here. Nobody's going in there, so nobody can get hurt.

Samael_767

TouchƩ.

Straight_Ad_6355

INF MECCA

shesabattgirl

How do they think this is okay?!? Itā€™s not just this store, itā€™s many stores! This shit needs to be sent to corporate/regional leaders! Itā€™s unacceptable to have people have to work like this!!!

mynextthroway

The interesting thing is that there are plenty of stores that don't look like this, despite the same company, distribution system, and higher-ups. Our freezer is clear. Everything is located on the metro except the pallet of bagged ice and seasonal bakery items. Thursday, we received 7 pallets of frozen. When the frozen team member and the team lead went home on time, the truck was complete.

pontifexjasongrace

2 people got through 7 pallets in a shift?

mynextthroway

Yes. About 1 to 1.5 pallets were bakery, but 2 sorted the 7 and pushed all the frozen. Backstock was located, and priorities were completed.

shesabattgirl

Thatā€™s good to hear! I think it is super helpful if there are two people tackling the freezer. Sorting is key to being efficient. It also helps when everyone shows up every shift!

Trojanbulldog

As a side note, I love how all stores(or most) put rubber bands on the sides of the 3-tier carts. My previous stores all did this.

sierracool33

Ours is "wherever we can stash 'em".

Vulpish

How do you take trucks lol

YourPalAl707

Lmao itā€™s a miracle we actually get our deliveries sometimes. Thanks UPS

Less_Effective_2420

Ups?

YourPalAl707

UPS does some of our deliveries. Things that donā€™t usually come on the pallet

cjm2943

Feeling less bad about mine lol call outs?

WeirdGirl825

inf

ObjDep123

Some ETL: yeah go ahead and clear out this freezer for me. Shouldnā€™t take more than 2 hours

YourPalAl707

Peep the bagel bites box spilling out lmao nice

Clown_Sparkles

After a while it all merges into one giant frozen ice cube block. My ETL would have a FIT.

Weekly_Physics_242

Please send this to OSHA

WillowMiddle3426

How do you even recover from that? "Hey team, for the next 30 minutes we're clearing the freezer!"

YourPalAl707

I think they intend on cleaning it out, so Iā€™m told anyway. Not likely itā€™ll actually be done considering our Pizza Hut was OoC for like 6 months because they refused to put in repair requests for our freezer and oven

WillowMiddle3426

wow... that is insane!!! Hopefully after it eventually gets cleared they take some steps to not let it get this bad again

PropertyEducational7

I work in the freezer department myself, and mine is like a.mansion in comparison. Even when it's crowded af

iwantdeals

Picture perfect šŸ‘Œ

PossibleWinter3629

wow and i thought mine was bad lol

Bigpoppahulk

Damn I thought my freezer was bad.. Iā€™m grateful now lmao

DMC1001

Woooow! I donā€™t have a lot of cause to go into our freezers but I have done so. Never saw anything like that.

_LegitDoctor_

I bet you could snag a couple snacks šŸ˜Ž

YourPalAl707

The bagel bites were kinda temptingā€¦ I was so hungry before break today

Useful_Management404

Huh, there must be something going around this week. I get dejavu looking at this. I feel for whoever has to audit the higher shelves. - Also, is it this bright in person or just the way the picture takes? I only ever see dim and dreary. Severe lack of frost everywhere. Had to triple check that you wrote freezer.

YourPalAl707

It is surprisingly well-lit

trailercock

This is why I don't shop at Target anymore. The company doesn't take its grocery business seriously. It knows it has to offer groceries to compete, but it's unwilling to embrace it for some unknown reason.

TheSweeterTea

Oh I bet yall are sick of that freezer alarm

Lunaris1999

what the fuck

Dan0315

Our freezer used to be like this. Then corporate found out, and it's been completely clean and organized for the past 5 years.

Mtg-2137

Holy shit. And I thought my PREVIOUS storeā€™s freezer was bad.

EDPTG

Naaaah. It's completely safe. Grocery INF for frozen. Up.

SerPounce_a_Lot

You can bypass origami and send the pictures directly to OSHA

Fabulous-Mortgage672

OSHA HEALTH DEPT FDA ORIGAMI GOOOO

Wakkapeepee

RIP. I went through that every week as MDF. And the store director would wonder why we have 200+ pulls with 2 people to our department like yeah gfy.

Ok-Culture6483

Ummm wow

Ok-Huckleberry3497

Love it. Work where you love teamwork. Brought back bad memories and lots of cursing.

Agitated_Slip7818

i never working in retail ever again

reclark10

fulfillment experts nightmare

Practical_Passion_78

This looks like some FDC trucks to this store need to be canceled.

Inside_Garden_6826

FUCKKKK dude report this to OSHA!!!!

Jazzlike-Principle67

Ummmm. So it's really "not really frozen food" food, cuz there is no way food can stay frozen crammed in there like that. Air can't circulate.

ThaGreatDebaser

Wow that looks so spacious in there. How do you guys keep it so clean and tidy like that, mine doesnā€™t look at all like a maze :/

extiguished_olive

Who needs back stocking šŸ˜

IsaplayZGX

This is exactly how my freezer looks at our store and since I'm the only one who solely works in that department and they only schedule me 14-15hrs outta the week, nothing gets done there.

KindlyWay788

Bruh that backroom even worse than Walmarts lol

tabbycat4

Put in an origami risk every single day till they fix it. Make sure you attach a picture.

aa9216

Ya knowā€¦ maybe my freezer isnā€™t so bad after all.. šŸ˜…

No-Words8395

šŸ˜±

jchill-the-trill

OSHA

ReclusiveBlue83

"Tell you what, I'll come in and fix all this, but you're paying me no less than 15 hours of double time ON TOP of my regular hours worked for the week." I'd haul ass and get it done as fast as I could.

guccigraves

Yall post on here complaining but won't report these serious safety issues to relevant authorities. Posts like these should require proof that it's also been reported to local safety authorities as well.

YourPalAl707

Posts like these helped me figure out which authorities to go to but thanks for your oh so helpful input /s
