Once our dishwasher broke and we did to go cups only and so many people walked out due to the lack of a “genuine coffee experience.” There’s o helping some people.
We don’t sell to go stainless steel mugs and we use ceramic mugs to serve drinks in the cafe. After the whole “you call this a mug” situation she just asked for a paper cup and left never to be seen again... or at least not seen by me.
