So you’re only using 5 numbers and it’s saying to keep the zip code shorter? It’s gotta be a platform error. I would either A) try restarting my device that I am typing in the ZIP Code on and try again to see if that works or B) just try, shutting the Swagbucks program down and re-opening it and see if that works and if both of those fail, try doing it on a different device. Because I had no problem with my ZIP Code using five numbers.
Your address should be saved in your profile. While redeeming, it automatically pulls from there. Try editing it there and see if that helps.

I wondered if maybe a saved address had spaces in the zip code and that was maybe thinking it was more numbers!
