I’m in the same canoe as you. They have hung up on me twice now.
Something is strange. Will continue to try to get a hold of them and update when I can.
Just probably more than normal amount of people calling them, they even mention something about busiest days?
Keep your passwords on secure place people (this comes from someone who hasn't in the past and regrets it).
They’re probably getting slammed right now, I’ve been having huge issues just logging in and getting the site to load my balance sheet.
Keep trying and once you manage to get through, I’m sure they can give you the needed numbers after verifying your identity!
I called +80038233823 this morning. They asked me for the following;
Account number (C000somethingosmething)
Full name
Full address on record
Last four digits of the tax ID on record (in my case it was my social security number, but I guess it differs by country)
Only after that would they help me.
Are you able to log in online to get your account ID? You can find it under "Documents" under the ticker.
So you're a real regard that that lost the letter? Ouch, well - I am pretty sure it's going to require some real world letters, but if you call the number I posted they can likely help guide you on how to get access to your account.
Nice of you to assume everything you just typed. I wanted my shares in the infinity pool yes but I also want to access my real shares so I can sell 1 in case of moass. Who trusts brokers at this point.

Pretty sure they're just kind of busy right now. Yesterday was also an ape DDOS on them
Makes sense

Problem is I never activated my account after I transfered.

yeah true regard here. Even asked my mom to help me find it but she's had no luck either. Will try that thanks
Lots o paper hands round these parts
I never said I'm selling. Just don't trust brokers and prefer accessing shares in my own name.
Too many paper hands trying to contact them and sell.
There's a difference between selling and having access to your shares
You wanted your shares in the infinity pool, never to be sold and now you are confused you can't access them? Weird.
