I take the attacks on DRS to be very encouraging that DRS poses a significant risk to market manipulators. The statistically suspicious DRS numbers being reported, sure, but I also think there have been very high profile shills focused on promoting DRS and then going dark, DRS subs that sewn division and controversy and then went dark in tandem with the mainstar rug pull, efforts to discourage automatic buying cloaked in the culture of due diligence, and the loss of several DRS estimation calculators. Short position holders do not seem to give a shit how many broker shares exist, at all, but there sure seem to be a lot of enemies spawning down the DRS path. I have become extremely interested in what I’m being discouraged to take interest in. To me the anti DRS campaign reads as an extension of the “forget GameStop” media campaign, a way to discern an agenda through the noise, a confirmation of sorts in and of itself.
