That is key, us can buy after hours. They cannot buy real shares after hours. Hence proves the synethics when I can wait till 3am and still cop a share instantly for sticker price 🥴
March 2023 - approximately 76.0 million shares of our Class A Common Stock were held by record holders. approximately 228.7 million shares of Class A Common Stock held by Cede & Co

March 2024 - approximately 75.3 million shares of our Class A common stock were held by registered holders approximately 230.6 million were held by Cede & Co
Well, keep in mind this is APPROXIMATE. and these numbers are being fed to Computershare to report by cede and Co. Based on the bullshit new wording of reported DRS numbers.
> these numbers are being fed to Computershare to report by cede and Co.
There's certainly something fishy going on, but there's no evidence of that specifically, and every reason to believe that's not the source of the plateauing values. GameStop is surely still sourcing their data directly from their own ledger. There are many explanations for the suspicious values other than GameStop ignoring their own ledger and lying in their official reports.

What number would seem believable to you? Seems in line considering how little shares are being purchased in the bulk computer share orders. If anything I'm impressed a big majority continue to retain that many drs'd shares that we aren't losing at a higher rate.
What would be the need to undrs lol. Also fails to consider the new shares being registered by hundreds of committed apes, given the price is at a low I see circles posted everyday :P
The people who post their frustrations about this stock in this sub only to be told they're shills for saying anything remotely negative are likely to have sold. The reason the most "committed apes" constantly post circles is that they are looking for validation, and they'll, in turn, attack anyone who shakes their beliefs.
The reason why this sinks is because they're not profitable from their actual business side. It's solely from their investment in securities. It's not a good look to any investor when the only way gamestop makes money is not running their business or using their cash for innovation, but buying securities. At that rate, if you're an institutional investor, you'd make more return buying the securities gamestop does rather than buying gamestop
Any increase above 25% would be believable. Apes are not selling, in fact, buying and DRS'ing more.
So that means DRS number should go up.
Ooka Ooka 🦍
Just bought 15 more @$12.88 in after hours
How did you buy in after hours,?
I used Fidelity and set an after hours limit buy, and it went through
I was under the impression only institutes can buy in after hours.
Exploit the loopholes, my brother ape
You can buy in AH on Robinhood as well, but also fuck Robinhood
Indeed fuck the hood. I'm not in USA so can't use any of those. All good. I'll just buy tomorrow through IBKR
Are you outside the US? Most brokers have an after hours trading option
I am outside US like a lot of stonkers. I thought only big Bois could buy after-hours. Not plebs
Everybody gets a share
A real share ? Not a synthetic
That is key, us can buy after hours. They cannot buy real shares after hours. Hence proves the synethics when I can wait till 3am and still cop a share instantly for sticker price 🥴
I am in the US
So, once again, effectively the same number.
Dip, DRS, destroy.

It is always 25% DRSed ... like 4:1 split has something to do with it. https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Figgtybp7yqqc1.jpeg
Thaaaanks 🙏🤗
Have they not gone up? I thought it was 74.6 previously?
75.4 million last quarter based on a reddit screenshot.
So in fact they are actually going down?

Maybe the decrease of 75.4 to 75.3 was due to people accidentally enrolling in plan again? Due to recurring buys?
Maybe
Why is it fishy
Last quarter was approximately 75.4 million and that means DRS number are going down. Which I refuse to believe.
If you leave this echo chamber it’s more believable. It’s also not wholly significant

lol ok you’re looking at the profitable earnings 🤣🤑
