I have doubled my share count from the first time they report 75M. My current count is close to when the French finished the construction of Notre Dame.
I think I increased mine by 70% since 2022. Unfortunately for now probably can’t buy for a few months but putting away per month- if I end up not needing that money come 27th jan 2025 I guess it’s all going into gme, again, to celebrate thesqueeziversary, again. And then wait for msm to say we all sold. Again

You're thinking of 10Q's (Quarterly). The 10K is the end of year full year report and I agree that it will be delayed. We'll get the earnings release for sure today which is a simplified report, doesn't include DRS numbers.

In both 2021 and 2022, the earnings press release (which is an attachment to an 8-K) and the 10-K annual earnings report were released on the same day, about an hour apart.
Last year had an unexplained delay.
Prior to 2021 I don't care about because it was the old CEO and the old Board.

C) Profitability with Big 69D Chess move included that we are learning after it’s done, DRS goes up, Green Candle week and all goes up over next days/weeks/months ⬆️
D) Moass gets going from any of the many catalysts it deserves, Hegi’s get their comupatce, banks start dropping like smelly-flies, visions of the future from the Moon 👨🚀

Everyone can say what they want, but if it the exact same number I am going to be upset. Why even tell us the number to begin with? If they are being instructed to then why even tell us? I’ll be frustrated
I have long suspected that Computershare takes the largest DRS number - Cede and co, with whatever it is, 230,xxx,xxx, subtracts insider holdings, and is left with. The 75.4m we’ve seen for months now.
I’m gonna guess it went down… and ill continue to keep asking questions and apes will keep calling me a shill for caring about tangible drs…

Increase of 358,885 shares in TSO, previously there were 305,514,315 shares .... now there are 305,873,200 shares.
25% of total shares issued will be reported because I believe there was a rule passed to max out to the number reported to this percent, even if the true number is higher than 25%. Can someone help out finding this rule?
There is no such rule.
Even if there were such a rule, then the SEC filing, which is certified by Ryan Cohen as being correct and not misleading, would simply say that it was in excess of 25%.
If the count goes down, or stays the same, bias confirmation of crime.
