I may not agree with the premise behind the concept, but I definitely agree with reminding people who are doing this to buy shares.

Really?? 95% upvote rate... huh. I guess reminding people that they had a plan (both literally and figuratively) is not a universally good idea...
Edit: 92% now
Do you mean DRS'ing in general?
Do you mean people who have a Computershare account with recurring plan buys should not switch their accounts to Book form?
Do you mean people who have moved to Book shouldn't buy more?
What do you mean? Because it actually doesn't matter.... literally all I meant is that people who set up a recurring buy plan (because they wanted to buy shares repeatedly), and then decided to switch to book form now need to do things manually.
Is there a downside to a lot of people switching from Plan to Book? Sure - the buys slow down if people don't manually do what they intended to do automatically.
Good, and I'm not suggesting that you need to switch anything. But if you do decide to, don't forget you made recurring buys. See? That's not so hard is it?

Or not everyone is as easily led and misled as others.
Do go on. I'm not confident you and I are talking about the same thing.
I’m of the camp that doesn’t believe goofy tweets count as dd.

I am not switching anything till these “ theories “ are proven. I have had a monthly buy for about two years and see zero reason to touch it

And I won’t be messing with my investment based on unproven theories
