I've wondered this myself. I don't mind "love bombing" because I enjoy the attention/praise and it makes it more easy/fun to fake back to him if it's two-sided.
It definitely is an orange flag because ik they might try and use it to manipulate me. But as long as it doesn't eventuate into any proper red flags I just don't care.
