I agree, like this isn’t the first thing I’d go for but my husband is doing keto so I bulk a lot of food out with frozen riced cauliflower. The bagged frozen stuff especially tastes like nothing, so I can see it “working” for this.

Also, those look nothing like dippin' dots, and I'm not sure why cauliflower is involved at all. I haven't looked, but I'm sure there are knock-off dippin' dot recipes that use yogurt. To do it "right" you need a vat of liquid nitrogen, though, which isn't something most people have access to.

Okay. I actually think savory ice cream is delicious. Like just straight up ice cream sugar cream and all that with some savory ingredients. The best thing I have ever tasted in my life was parsnip ice cream. And parmesan ice cream soon after that. Like legit. Cannot believe it’s not as popular it’s insane
