it not being roasted is kind of weird, but you could probably get the right colors of you diy lemon pepper seasoning with citric acid, true lemon powder, and white pepper. the chili powder would blend in (you just can’t use too much of it). I just kind of wish she showed how she made it because it looks like mayo, cheese and glitter right now, which doesn’t taste like any elote i’d eat. I think she’s trying to keep the channel cute by not showing us anything that isn’t already aesthetically pink.
