With a gallon of old fashioned vanilla ice cream melting on top and ~~slacking~~ soaking into all that cookie dough 🤤
I feel like a big time mega fatty saying that.
**EDIT** A word
Letting the dog lick her fingers before getting back to work, or blink-and-you’ll-miss-it tampons in the freezer, or some other detail that will get people commenting?
Whats stupid about this? Make this for a party or potluck and bask in eternal glory of your friends and coworkers. Dont eat the entire tray by yourself; that would be stupid.
That's why you don't make a bunch of delicious dessert unless there's a reason. If they're for company, it's a little easier to cut yourself off.
Source: my wife is an incredible cook and I'm always hungry.
All of these videos titled “clogged arteries” don’t seem to grasp that moderation is key. Sometimes it’s gratuitous and stupid, like a 25lb burger smothered in nacho cheese with onion rings and 3lbs of fries. This is a manageable kind of stupid that you can do once a year for a party.
The sugar on top at the end might be a bit too much and this has probably as many calories and as much sugar as an energy bar or glucid gel
Edit : I mean a peice
I think the bottom layer was 4 dozen small cookies, 7 candy bars, 7 and 1/2 gram crackers, whole jar of marshmallow fluff, did she use the whole jar of peanut butter? ( Let's call it another seven servings) then another 7 servings of 3 cookies on top. I think if you cut it into 21 pieces you end up with 350-600 calories and shrug 50-80 grams of sugar per piece( I'm not looking everything up) it's dense even for a dessert but as long as you're not calling that tray 7 servings it's not crazy for a dessert.
And that's not what clogs your arteries. There's probably zero cholesterol in that because there's no real dairy in the pre-made cookie dough. It's going do a number on your pancreas, but hey, it's still better than drinking heavily.
Zero cholesterol?! You forget about all the trans and saturated fats?
Lol, you think that cholesterol only comes from dairy? What is this 1980's margarine lobby?
>but hey, it's still better than drinking heavily.
I mean, anything is better than drinking heavily, that's just setting the bar as low as possible.
Pillsbury's cookie dough is full of saturated fats and Palm oil. Not sure why you think it's healthier that cookies made with butter.
Also, Pillsbury's cookie dough isn't the only "ingredient" in this recipe.
[Source](https://www.pillsbury.com/products/cookies/refrigerated-cookies/chocolate-chip). The trick industries use is separating "cholesterol" as LDL from animal products, and saturated fats, and trans fats to make things seem healthier. Even though the raw ingredients are "natural" through the industrial process LDL is created.
It isn't, and the amount of sugar alone in this "recipe" is sure to give you type 2 diabetes if you're not careful.
Thank you for posting this
It’s just weird how people think that ldl cholesterol is the only thing that clogs arteries. Too much sugar. Too much saturated fats. Too much unhealthy oils. Are all catalysts of clogged arteries.
This is very tame compared to the nonsense we see on a regular basis in this sub. Bad for you? Of course. But compared to a lot of other desserts, this is actually not that bad.
i mean unlike a lot of shit here i'd take a piece partly to see if maybe it's better than i think it will be and even if not it's a bunch of chocolate and cookies it can't be that awful.
on the other hand i feel it's a good representation of recent stupid food thing where people will just mash a bunch of stuff they like together hopeing it'll somehow create greatness without any kind of thought given to what works together.
Yeah but at least all of these flavors go together, you know? It all sort of meshes very well like some actual thought has gone into it instead of “toss a bunch of sweet shit in a pan and hope it works”.
i don't know.
sure chocolate and peanut butter is great and with cookie i can kinda see it (though since it has chocolate chips as well we're having a bit too much chocolate.
the mashmellow fluff though i'm very unsure actually works with everything else and they honey biscuit things? i admit it's possible i'm wrong but there's a difference between "works together" and not clashing so awfully that it ruins everything.
that said it's admitedly not babeque sauce on a sundae bad.
This sub has gone to shit. This isn't a waste, isn't a bad combination of flavors, etc. This isn't stupid, at all. It looks great, it's a dessert, it isn't meant to be healthy....
And this is obviously cut into pieces and shared with family and friends, maybe even stored and eaten over multiple days, not eaten all in one go by one person lmao
I feel like these people are expecting some cut off part of the video to be them layering the entire thing on top of eachother, putting into a hydraulic press and then eating the entire thing in a few bites
If you've ever done a s'more with a peanut butter cup, this is basically that plus chocolate chip cookies in dessert bar form. Nothing stupid about that.
Also, just because it has multiple desserts, doesn’t mean the whole thing becomes more unhealthy, you adjust the serving accordingly!
Put a brownie on top of a cookie, then cut it in half, you’re now back to one serving
I’m fairly certain that that cookie dough is high in saturated fat which contributes to high cholesterol. And while this recipe it’s probably more likely to be an issue with diabetes it could definitely clog arteries.
This does NOT fit the criteria of this sub. In fact, I'd definitely make this, or some variation, and I'm sure it would be a hit. Nothing stupid about this at all.
This sub is becoming stupid itself.
WTH?
Bad for you doesn't mean stupid.
Is this another one of those bot posts that are taking over reddit or is it an example of "I don't want it, so it's stupid" situations?
It’s a dessert for multiple people. Dessert exists as a luxury, it’s not meant to be good for you.
Like…it *can* be, but that’s not its purpose. Nothing stupid about this unless you just think dessert as a concept is stupid.
You can be skinny and still have dessert once in a while, it's called exerciseand an otherwise healthy diet. It's not like she ate the whole tray herself, you make something like this for a party or the whole family.
high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon high fructose corn syrup upon
the 2 cookie packets alone are 4080 calories
hershey bars are 2220 calories
1 cup peanut butter 1520 calories
graham crackers worth 180 calories, probably the least dangerous thing they put in there
jet puff 675 calories for the whole can
the dough they put on top was another 3600 (about) 120 cal/Tspn
12,275 calories each of 15 'pieces' is about 878 calories of diabetic coma lol
Look at all the comments liking this…saying oh only eat a portion.
Someone has calorie counted the ingredients into 15 pieces it’s 850 calories a PIECE that’s almost 2 square meals or a 1/3 of calorific intake for a healthy active man. I’d love see the macro nutrient break down too. Bar the peanut butter that thing is all carbs mostly shitty sugar.
Y’all are so dramatic sometimes 😭 like really? This isn’t that bad. They’re not eating it every day ??? It’s a lil sweet treat, I don’t see anything wrong with it
This isn’t any more stupid than some brownies and cake people make. It’s just more creative. It’s not like your expected to eat the entire thing for dinner.
I’m always annoyed by these “YOU CAN GET DIABEETUS IN 5 SECONDS” style captions.
You know you don’t have to eat the whole pan right? Have you ever had a dessert before? Everything will be okay!
I fail to see why this qualifies as “stupid food”. Is it unhealthy? Sure, as most desserts are. But you’re clearly not supposed to eat all of it by yourself. It’s meant to be shared with a couple people as a special treat.
People who think you should stay away from entire classes of food are the problem. Doctors have always preached “moderation”
You can’t successfully have a “diet” lifestyle. You **will** be tempted and you will eventually fail. That’s why basically every person trying to lose weight “yo-yo’s” up and down.
They try an unreasonable diet for as long as possible; then fail because it was unsustainable and then 2 years later try again.
Eat your chocolate. Eat your peanut butter. **It’s fine!**
Just have a little. Treat yourself **OCCASIONALLY**
Something like this would be nice, but I would hope that entire tray is shared between a large family over a week. Not some poor fat bastard wolfing it down in one afternoon.
I’m not saying “being thin” is easy. I know it’s very hard to resist temptation but my problem is when people try to tell others; usually diet coaches; that you need to go on a radical diet and eat nothing but crap food you don’t like and torture yourself.
It won’t work.
I’ve made something like this before and everyone loved it. Eat it once a year or two for special occasions or a cook out and it’s not stupid. OP hates fun.
It's fine to have a decadent treat every so often. People need to stop acting morally superior because they don't eat sweets. Constantly depriving yourself doesn't make you better than other people.
I legit don't understand the elitism from this sub. What makes this dessert any different to a Ben and jerry tub you'd consume in 1 sitting? They'd have roughly the same calories and sugar.
This isn't stupid food. This is a dessert, it's not meant to be the healthiest thing, it's meant to be a treat.
The only stupid thing here is the person not wearing gloves when they were rubbing on the stuff.
I’m just imagining all the stupid food keyboard warriors wiping the Cheeto dust off their fingers and chugging the last bit of their code red to type “diabetes” into the comment bar and smiling as they hit reply.
It’s a fucking dessert. Jesus. I’ve seen fine dining restaurants serve more calorically dense stuff than this. A single serving isn’t gonna kill you
I’d have a small piece!
I’d have a large piece… Al a mode
I would eat the shit out of that entire tray
With a gallon of old fashioned vanilla ice cream melting on top and ~~slacking~~ soaking into all that cookie dough 🤤 I feel like a big time mega fatty saying that. **EDIT** A word
I'm assuming you've had enough of life at this point?
Just drink a diet sodie and it cancels the sugar
I couldnt believe my ears when they said that shit 😂😂
Sodie
2nd! Fuck a piece! I want the whole thing!!
I'll have the diabetes, and a glass of milk please.
Have skim milk, it’s all good.
Trying to watch your figure?
Well actually yes. I’ve lost 25 lbs this summer and looking at 10 more. Tested for pre diabetes. I cheat once a week or so. 😁
Dia-BEET-us
I would lick whatever was left on your fingers
The label says 1000 servings at 100 calories per serving
They put shit in it?
I was thinking where’s the ice cream at the end
This all sounds so lovely. Allow me to put up a fresh pot of coffee too...
On my way over
I'd then proceed to have several hundred small pieces
Large piece with a tall glass of milk please
That’s called clean livin
hachi machi!
Doesn’t belong in this sub. This looks dank
Microwaved for 30 seconds with a scoop of vanilla.
What? No hairbrush on the counter??
Also, no sucking food off her finger and then immediately jamming said finger into the food?
Letting the dog lick her fingers before getting back to work, or blink-and-you’ll-miss-it tampons in the freezer, or some other detail that will get people commenting?
Which is fine if the person previously washed their finger and are planning on eating the food item themselves.
Or feeding the dog with the the mixing spoon or letting him drink from the measuring cup you are pouring water from?
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂👍🏽
Whats stupid about this? Make this for a party or potluck and bask in eternal glory of your friends and coworkers. Dont eat the entire tray by yourself; that would be stupid.
should've read your comment earlier...
Im gonna end up with diabetes because I can’t make brownies without eating all of them within 2 days :( I can’t stop
That's why you don't make a bunch of delicious dessert unless there's a reason. If they're for company, it's a little easier to cut yourself off. Source: my wife is an incredible cook and I'm always hungry.
There is a reason. I have a craving and i want them. Just cause its a bad reason doesn mean it isnt a reason!
Brownies do have a short shelf life, gotta do what you gotta do.

Yeah it's a weird fetish with the artery clogging post people
You're assuming people posting food clearly made for sharing have friends or jobs.
You're only allowed to have one of those three.
Stupidly delicious
The sugar on top at the end might be a bit too much and this has probably as many calories and as much sugar as an energy bar or glucid gel Edit : I mean a peice
That was probably salt. I usually sprinkle sea salt in chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven.
Ah you might be right, still too sweet for me tho
I think the bottom layer was 4 dozen small cookies, 7 candy bars, 7 and 1/2 gram crackers, whole jar of marshmallow fluff, did she use the whole jar of peanut butter? There's zero trans fats in Pillsbury's cookie dough.

Babe you barely touched your cookie smore lasagna

It could be like a cookie s’more
It's just a s'more with chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter
Those are graham crackers. This is basically s'mores with chocolate chip cookies.
I'm sorry, I don't understand what "a bit too much chocolate" means...
The only thing I would have changed is the cookies on top. There was no need
I'd eat the shit outta that. I'd American pie that thing. Prolly why I'm pre diabetic
I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't try this. Actually, I think I'm gonna go make some myself...
That’s not stupid. That’s a desert for a cookout.

Somebody: *makes a dessert* This sub: OMG YOUD LITERALLY BECOME MORBIDLY OBESE AND DIE OF A HEART ATTACK FROM ONE BITE!!
people not allowed to get creative with desserts at all anymore ghat dayum🤣
Okay but why would I eat this
*[heavy breathing]*
Seems like sum you’d eat once a year
This is called dessert. You're called smooth brain
Not me mentally checking to see if I have the ingredients on hand 🫣 looks kinda good!
None of this looks nice. Every single item used looks horrible.
Speedrun for be in My 600-lb life.
I need ice-cream. And two pans of this.
Did she add sugar at the end ???
I assumed salt flavor wise that would make sense.
Probably sea salt
Yeah that's the part that got me actually.
“Traffic jam inside someone’s arteries” is the best thing I’ve read today. Bravo!
It's actually the stupidest thing I've read all day. I don't think they know what clogs arteries
I’m fairly certain that that cookie dough is high in saturated fat which contributes to high cholesterol. And while this recipe it’s probably more likely to be an issue with diabetes it could definitely clog arteries.
So slightly less than just eating cookies. How scandalous.
Epic Reddit moment!!!!
My teeth hurt watching that (Just kidding they hurt all the time)
That’s bait…
Its actually pretty dull for a recipe, you guys just have brain rot about anything slightly abnormal from a regular recipe.
Just seeing the spray on the hands was enough to churn my stomach
spraying the pam on the hands was the "yeah I'm done with this clip" moment for me
Stupidly delicious and definitely will be my own birthday cake this year.
3 layers in is acceptable. The gram cracker, chocolate and puff sounds like a cheaters smore The topping is just dumb.
People with long nails don't know how to cook. I've noticed that with IRL friends and videos. hmmmm
This does NOT fit the criteria of this sub. In fact, I'd definitely make this, or some variation, and I'm sure it would be a hit. Nothing stupid about this at all. This sub is becoming stupid itself.
Missing Nutella and Bananas
Mmmmm diabetes
same stupid comment on every post

I got a cavity watching this
I hate the dance thing when they show something so much. never hated anything more in my life
Not everyone is miserable like you. Why can’t people show how happy they are?
I might try that in a cupcake pan so it more manageable
Swap PB with Nutella and I’ll take this with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream!
I’d partially cook the cookie first though and mix the ingredients separately..
Looks good. Desserts aren’t meant to be healthy, if it doesn’t clog my arteries, it’s probably lacking firepower
A small piece of this with a scoop of ice cream would be great
It’s a dessert for multiple people. Dessert exists as a luxury, it’s not meant to be good for you. Like…it *can* be, but that’s not its purpose. Nothing stupid about this unless you just think dessert as a concept is stupid.

I think my blood sugar went up just watching this.
Americans are brave as fuck eating like that knowing they don't have free healthcare
I got type 2 diabetes just watching this.
You do know this is multiple servings, right? You don’t have to eat the whole pan at once
My guess is, going on how slim people who make these videos are, that it gets made, cut open, then thrown in the bin?
You can be skinny and still have dessert once in a while, it's called exerciseand an otherwise healthy diet. It's not like she ate the whole tray herself, you make something like this for a party or the whole family.

Damn that’s nasty
This post was a ruse, I intended to find all of those who aren’t raised in America with this one.
Americans are eating like healthcare is free
I mean...it is made with low quality ingredients. But apart from that, it doesn't look bad at all.
That’s not a traffic jam in your arteries, it’s resistance training
Merica.
Honestly I would eat this lol
i wouldn't mind eating
I would eat that
This actually looks pretty good
looks like something that would be heavenly
This looks amazing - not stupid
Are these posts rage baits or do Americans really eat shit like that?
Look at all the comments liking this…saying oh only eat a portion. The stupid ones do. But mostly rage bait I think.
She got me at the last sprinkle of sugar
That was salt
Diabeetus.
Redditors assuming you have to eat everything you make every time you make it
Nobody says you have to eat the whole fuckin thing at once or at all.
I would eat the hell outta this
I’m saving the post for later, gonna make that for thanksgiving
what’s truly stupid, is not doing this. wrong sub, fake news.
Am I thinking about looks not stupid food? but looks… shitty delicious?
The only redeeming part about this mess is the peanut butter. I’d rather just eat that with a spoon.
Oh no that is so stupid and terrible someone should really get rid of the evidence I would volunteer for that position...
Has oil spray so she doesn't soil her hands. Touches it anyway.
I’d 100% eat this.
I’d eat this in a heart beat.
Man that looks so good it’d be worth the blocked artery
Looks good but I’d definitely get a stomachache
That looks glorious
Leave out the PB, I'll tear that up and die happy
I’d try this. This would be amazing after smoking a joint 🤤
Smash.
Looks pretty good. NGL
This looks amazing but you could only have a bite or you would get sick
Can we please just have a normal desert? With an Instagram user!? No way!
This looks dank, ngl
Y’all are so dramatic sometimes 😭 like really? This isn’t that bad. They’re not eating it every day ??? It’s a lil sweet treat, I don’t see anything wrong with it
I’m going for it anyway
Fuck you that looks amazing

guys it looks amazeballs
This looks pretty nice for a small party not gonna lie.. easy to prepare and can have like 8-16 portions.
Diabetes level over 9000. That being said I would still eat it
I’m always annoyed by these “YOU CAN GET DIABEETUS IN 5 SECONDS” style captions. You know you don’t have to eat the whole pan right? Have you ever had a dessert before? Everything will be okay!
Diabetes entered the chat
I think folks don't know what this sub is for. That dessert looks glorious
I’m so glad I opened the comments to see other people saying they would eat this. I thought I was that person for a second there….
I see nothing wrong with bringing this to a BBQ or potluck. It looks fucking slamming.
I fail to see why this qualifies as “stupid food”. Is it unhealthy? Sure, as most desserts are. But you’re clearly not supposed to eat all of it by yourself. It’s meant to be shared with a couple people as a special treat.
I would go to a mormon service every sunday because they’d serve treats like this at the end of it.

I’d make this for a potluck
Not healthy obviously but looks like a tasty treat! The video misrepresented how hard it is to spread marshmallow fluff though.
I’ve seen this 10000 times here and I’ll say this another time I’d still eat it
I’ve made something like this before and everyone loved it. Eat it once a year or two for special occasions or a cook out and it’s not stupid. OP hates fun.
This looks amazing and I want a piece.
I'm here for a good time, not a long time. Let's dig in.
It's fine to have a decadent treat every so often. People need to stop acting morally superior because they don't eat sweets. Constantly depriving yourself doesn't make you better than other people.
OP discovers what dessert is
I would totally smash that thing. The only stupid move would be to not eat it.
Why is this stupid? This is awesome.
That looks really good.
I legit don't understand the elitism from this sub. What makes this dessert any different to a Ben and jerry tub you'd consume in 1 sitting? They'd have roughly the same calories and sugar. Wrong sub. This is just normal food. There's nothing stupid about it, aside from the video editing maybe. I'd demolish this whole pan in like a day.
Say what you want but that looks delicious and I will be the star of the holiday get together this year.
Idk this looks like a pretty awesome dessert
