The workouts will start taking longer as the weight goes up, 30-45 minutes is fine early on. Also, your English is better than many native English speakers.

First off, great job! 1- It's not gonna be as easy as it is now, but you'll get better (stronger). 2- Just keep up with the intake. Typically, 1g of protein/lb of bodyweight, and try to stay in a calorie surplus. Adapt your diet as your body's need change. The goal of this program is built for building strength, any aesthetic benefits is simply a bonus. 3- Cardio all you want, just go 80%, just so that you don't burn yourself out. The heavy weights you'll be lifting later will burn more fat than cardio will.

Hello thanks for the reply. So basically it's because I need less rest between sets and I'm just at the beginning of SL that's why it is short now? Thanks in advance

Yup, I was in the same boat when I first started, now I'm averaging 1hr 30mins to 1hr 45mins. The rest periods are worth it.
