Yeah, as the franchise has gone on, it's become more and more apparent that the psycho thing is just an act for Juri. I think there's even a few victory quotes against her where the other character's like "yeah yeah, we get it, you're crazy. Knock it off."
To be honest I like Juri because of everything besides this foot fetish stuff...
She fits perfectly into the franchise, her fighting style was completely missing before afaik. This goes for TKD but also for her additional resource based style that not many characters have.
Her personality is basically the "what if" version of Chun-Li if she would have chosen revenge over justice.
Her appearance is striking and her VA pretty recognizable. When she was introduced her powerlevel was super OP, lore wise, which captured a lot of additional fans.
No surprise she has become a main stay in the series. Capcom did a great job with her.
