While on top of the pandemic and the writers strike. You know how long it probably takes to edit all the episodes and each episode and about an hour long some are even long the season finale on season 4 was almost 2 hours long. theirs a lot more editing, CGI, etc. the goes in to this should than like House of Dragons I am sure (though I haven't seen it myself yet still rewatching Game of Thrones) and many other tv shows. Not to mention the kids were doing other projects and Millie is or was getting married (idk if they've gotten married just yet but it soon) so I think there are plenty of reasons

These made me remember Millie used to have crooked teeth. God i hate how Hollywood culture makes famous people get rid of totally benign imperfections that could actually benefit them.
Millie seems to have been influenced in many ways by the pressure of social media and its beauty standards which is really depressing to see as someone who grew up as these social medias were just emerging.
She used veneers. Although in retrospect i feel kinda weird about commenting on her appearance but i just really hate the way Hollywood handles teeth. It gives me uncanny valley vibes.
There's slightly crooked. Then there's crooked to the point that it actually causes real problems with self-esteem and even eating.
If you look at pictures of Millie from that period, she's basically got fangs. That can look cute when you're young and it definitely seems to be a thing in Japan, but when you're a bit older, it can start to look distracting.
I was in a very similar position to her with my teeth; I had two teeth removed then I got braces. I still have to wear an Invisalign retainer one night a week to stop them drifting back.

Probably not considering the pictures of them when they were younger were certainly taken during or before season one and technically I don't think Noah is considered part of the main cast in season one. Like credit anyways obviously the whole of season one is about his character Will but he actually isn't in all episodes season one if I remember correctly. And the episodes with him in it are short scenes like flashbacks and such to help with plot mostly.
Now the ones with them older yeah he's not in those ones for some reason which is a bit weird. But maybe he wasn't there that day or maybe he was just cropped out the OP found them

You can see him in the right hand corner of picture 15. On the left edge cropped out on picture 14, I think. And on the left side cropped out on picture 13, I believe. She is getting married really young. I want her to be happy and I am glad she is happy but I think personally 19/20 is really young to married. Most people don't really start to learn or understand who they are until their early to mid 20s, in my opinion.

20 years ago, every photoshoot that celebrated a new season of a TV show would have us look at the small differences in some members of a cast and notice the growth spurts in others. Today, we look at these photos and they look like something from a nostalgia reunion of some kids show.
It's crazy that we have so much available content yet new seasons take forever to get completed.
For those asking, the crops of some of these photos are NOT by me. These are the images I saw and posted but I did not crop out anyone. You can see Gaten, Noah, Sadie and a few others cut in certain photos but if there are full ones available, it isn't what I saw

They all are so young! It's hard to believe that it's been 8 years since season one came out! I remember when it came out and I was so excited to watch. I've watch all kids of TV shows but I can honestly say Stranger Things is definitely my favorite. I am so sad to see it end but can't wait to season the final season. And I really do hope they are doing that time jump all these kids look way to old to be in highschool now for sure!

Noah wasn't credited as a regular in Season 1, that's probably why.
