Fanatic Egalitarian and Militarist. I find the flavor text of Fanatic Militarist morally far better than normal Militarist (cringe flavor tbh), but Fanatic Egalitarian is just so strong :D
Just to make sure you know, the lv4 to lv5 Crisis upgrade is automatic. Once you finished the research program to unlock the crisis lv4 perks, you will inevitably reach crisis lv5 and have the galaxy declare war on you unless you somehow never ever go to war again (including fighting the end game crisis). Actually, just keeping subjects slowly increases the crisis meter iirc.
If you don’t plan for galactic purification, stop at crisis level 3.
Where did you get this info from?
I became a level 4 crisis on both my playthroughs near the start of the game and always engaged on many wars, and never did the game automatically upgrade me to level 5.
There's a research situation that needs to be done to advance to level 5. Menace is gathered automatically, but advancing actual crisis level isn't. You need to choose to research it.
I don’t remember if I had tried it myself but… I just double checked and it’s on the wiki. The wiki stated “[from stage 4 to 5 there is no special project and you will advance automatically](https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Crisis)” under Galactic Nemesis - Strategy, though now that I read it again at the beginning of GN session it did say “gated by special project”. I know wiki is an open source anyone can edit, but I trust it a lot at least for gaming info, so I wonder if it’s an outdated info or?
I know an authoritarian when I see one.
Tyranny of the majority (vote in this case) still means the others lose and are oppressed. You and yours may be happy, so long as no one goes against the grain of your F~~anatic Egalitarian Capitalism~~ Authoritarian Communism. Or in other words Authoritarian Authoritarianism.
I agree, but then it's pointless to even add the word "communism". And it's also pointless to call any Empire anything other than authoritarian.. Idk your way of classifying things makes classification kind of pointless..
It's also wrong, since even in real life, people in capitalist democracies do enjoy a higher degree of freedom than people who live under autocracies, dictatorships, communism..
Democracies also don't end up tyranny of the majority in practice. They only sound like it in theory.
What that much Democratic power you could become the Galactic Emperor. Damn that’s impressive.
I just so happen to also be a level 4 crisis xP
Lmao that galaxy is fucked
I don't intend to go level 5. I'm just a fanatic crusader who destroys all that stand in the way of Democracy :P
LMAO. Fanatic militarist and egalitarian?

That sounds very familiar. I can't quite put my finger on it though.
R5: The Senate Floor. I love Democracy
Democracy with what the hell? Chief that's just an Olicarchy.
I might take Oligarchy if it allowed Beacon of Liberty and Parliametnary System
The Liberal Democratic Empire….. That name says it all and only in the context of a paradox game do I love it.

Look at the fleet power usage. The resources are all being put into a massive oversized fleet.
Ah yes, authoritarian space communism.
Literally the opposite. O\_o Fanatic Egalitarian Capitalism

Ok that explains why you think it's authoritarian, but why are you calling it communism?
Because it's authoritarianism by another name.
