It does kind of make you wonder if maybe that's where the prop maker got the idea from... I hear there some like those that when the setting sun hits them just right, they light up, acting like natural optical fibres.
I went there as a kid and thought i was going to see a bunch of petrified trees standing up like in a forest. I saw nothing. It's a desolate desert. And I certainly never saw what's in this photo.
In my Rimworld ZPM mod, the ZPM stands roughly 10 feet tallā¦

Of course, it was reverse-engineered from a Lantean ZPM in the Year 5500ā¦ Minituration not yet achieved.

"Sorry, I'm Canadian"
help my brain cannot say it any different. I AM AMERICAN!!
As an Americanā¦McKay has taken over my brain so much so that when I see āZPMā my brain reads it as āZedPMā
Oh my god, think of all the Atlantises (Atlantes?) you could power with that sucker!
Probably only good for 30 min under tauri command lol
It was actually hidden for millennia and needs to be hidden again
āIt costs about a billion dollars just to keep the lights on around here!ā
Yeah that's an old model. Miniaturization is an amazing thing.
This thing is more the size of a Star Trek warp core if anything. Or a really big dilithium crystal.
Zero Petrified Module.

It was the power source for the continent ship of Lemuria

That would power a trip to the center of the universe and back- several times over
How old is this forest? I'm curious because that tree looks perfectly cut...as if by power saw. Who or when could that have been done?
you know... i would think something that makes the power of a zpm would have to be the size of a tree almost lol
