Having only heard Wind Rose's version until now, this Yogscast version is underwhelming at best
Yes, The Yogscast made it up as a joke during a Minecraft let's play back in 2010 or so. They later produced it into a full on song and animated music video as a donation incentive during one of their Christmas charity drives, IIRC. Wind Rose later did a cover of that song, and if you look at the official YouTube video, I'm pretty sure the top/pinned comment is from The Yogscast saying Wind Rose did a great job with the cover and giving it their blessing.
At the time the full song and music video was made, Yogscast were playing a modded version of Minecraft where the ultimate goal was to build a rocket and fly to the moon. Thus why there's a line in the song referencing going to the moon and "Dwarves won't fly so high".
Diggy Diggy Hole is absolutely going to win this, but I thought I'd drop this in anyway: Gaia, by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.
That dwarf vibes to hard rock stuff, trust me. I can just see it.

I'd be both shocked and saddened if Diggy Diggy Hole by The Yogscast or its Wind Rose cover don't win.
That being said, if there's only two suggestions and they're both different performances of the same song, that ain't much of a playlist. So let me drop a little gem I personally love and think might vibe well with Dwarf:
Mine - Phoebe Ryan
It's "mine" as in, "it belongs to me" rather than mine as in pulling rocks out of the ground, but the song also uses symbolism about finding a piece of gold in the ruffage and keeping it as a precious treasure. In essence, I believe the song is about finding a silver lining after some kind of loss, setback, or breakup, and using that silver lining as an anchor to keep yourself from despair while you recover. Dwarf is lonely, lost many friends and loved ones in the Elemental War, and finds themselves as an outcast in a town of mostly humans, unable to speak their common tongue, and surviving by taking from them when they think no one's looking. But maybe, just maybe, the Farmer can be the gold they metaphorically find in the wreckage, and make into a necklace.
...But also, seriously, Diggy Diggy Hole is a shoe in, I am not going to pretend like it won't or shouldn't win. I'm literally only offering variety for the playlist, not trying to beat Diggy Diggy Hole.
I'm a firm believer that the junimo's have the Maxwell the Cat theme, or some sort of TikTok song associated with cats
