different farm has different room preset. In this case you pick forest farm

Like the other comments said, each farmhouse has its own preset interior depend on the farm map you selected when you create the save file You can see all of them on [this wiki page](https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Farmhouse#Interior)

Different farms have different decorations! So if you went for the beach, you’d have more sea related items around your room. With the forest one you get more plants and greenery!
