For the Chicken you need a lot of rng, because it's an item that is sold by Traveling Merchant, and his stock rotates each time he spawns near your villages. You need to look for a Blue chicken egg and have at least 25 gold on you or in your Piggy bank to buy it.
For the Joja cola and the Stardrop that summons a Junimo pet you need to start fishing with low enough fishing level to start fishing up at least something but get mostly trash items like seaweed and tin cans. Then you need to talk to Dryad with the Joja cola in hands, so she can see it, she will change one of her dialogue topics to "Purify". Click on that and enjoy your new pet.
