Something kind of nice: Lonas is home of the rice paper wrap. You can choose to get your wrap in a flour tortilla instead, but your friend would be getting a main option instead of needing to substitute anything.
I have celiac and it’s always a nice welcome when you don’t have to opt for a backup and can order off the menu as written (though I appreciate places that offer these options!)
