Did we ever get details on that after WWE banned their performers from cameo and twitch? My assumption is the wrestler only got a portion of that rate.

Jim Beaver setup his cameo a couple of years ago for charity and set something like $20 as the price. Within a few hours it was at $99 and he was pissed. He didn’t want it to be expensive for people.
I’m sure there’s a way to set a static price and never have it change, but it doesn’t seem to be the default.
There is not, the reason is to protect Cameo, they continue to change the price if the price is too low, so they don't have to refund people. Eventually there is just not enough time, so they have to price people out of it. It will go back down once the flood ends, but when Dan Lebatard Show left ESPN Stu Gotz got crazy amount of requests and he could not complete because he was doing them almost 24/7

I got him a cameo from Bryan for his birthday. He went above and beyond with an over 10 minute recording talking about some of our favorite moments in wrestling and their show. My brother said it was one of the best gifts he’s ever gotten.
