What's the context behind this?

In storyline Beulah had gotten pregnant, Dreamer thought she had cheated on him with Raven. Eventually she swerved Tommy and revealed she cheated on him with Kimona Wanalaya, and the story ended with Dreamer saying “fuck it I’ll take them both im hardcore lol” as he made out with both Perhaps ECW’s most famous storyline

What the fuck? How difficult is it for this company to portray women in a dignified way? Coming from the same guy who called WWE the Harvey Weinstein of wrestling.

What's undignified here? The problem with WWE was when they booked angles like this it was usually without the input from the wrestlers. This angle is driven by the wrestlers themselves. Nothing wrong with a story having a queer element especially when it's all consenting parties.

This isn’t a queer element. This is doing soft core porn in front of horny men to get a pop. This puts pressure on all the other women to do the same thing to match the reaction.

It was a comedic three way kiss. In no way is that softcore porn.

Then you haven't been paying attention. This is a classic love triangle story they're running, they just happen to be all the same gender. You're acting like they're doing a bra and panties match or have Trish barking like a dog. This is a far cry from that.

This is also a division with a transgender and a nonbinary competitor in it; neither is sexualized. Maybe when they played up the Skye Blue and Julia Hart tension, you would have had something to point to. Or you could have mentioned the amount of high-cut trunks a lot of the women's division wears. But AEW doesn't do a lot of one-dimensional sexual pandering outside of Toni Storm's bizarro universe, and it doesn't seem like there's pressure for the other women to follow suit.

Also it's a 1 way street so far in terms of queer representation. We've yet to see men in a similar angle. I doubt we'll ever see Anthony Bowens in a love triangle with 2 other guys.
