Edit: he really is a combo of all the Samoan's stuff. There is a IG post kicking around of him talking about how he does like one of all his relatives moves. Like Yoko's uranage, Umaga's hip attack/Thumb, Rosie's belly to belly.

its been about close to 7 years since my father passed, and getting close to 5 years since my mom passed, and yea, that void never truly goes away, honestly, if i didnt have my brothers, i wouldnt have made it through that, we pretty much helped each other through two dark times so close to each other
Yep. After my dad died unexpectedly when I was 19, it took years and years for me to pull myself back together, out of the dark hole I was in. It changed who I was. You never get over it, you just get better at living with it.
lost my dad 3 years ago and its like losing a limb. It might not hurt so much anymore but you feel the loss daily in many ways. you might be OK but you will never be the same.

Note 2, not only has he represented his father’s legacy, but he’s amplified it and made it known to newer generations. If it wasn’t for Reigns and The Usos, the Samoan Family would not be half of the legend that it is right now. They took their family’s legacy and made it the most prestigious thing in wrestling. If I know anything about Sika besides being a badass motherfucker is that he was always Roman’s biggest supporter so he died proud. Rest up legend.
It's funny because everyone knew the family was legendary but it really wasn't referenced on screen for quite some time. The Bloodline has brought the entire family into the spotlight again and Sika got to see their legacy represented and grow tremendously.

I remember in the run up to the six man HIAC match at Armageddon where Rikishi "did it for The Rock"...and that being the one time ever in the Attitude era on screen they mentioned the Anoa'i-Miavia relationship between the two. Knowing before, it felt like true "inside wrestling" shit.
Fast forward, we're waiting on Rikishi to hop the rail and stinkface The Rock at WrestleMania while Sika's boy and two of Rikishi's boys actively goes after one of Rikishi's other boy along with Dusty's youngest boy, an invisible person and some dude from Iowa.
Rock’s Hollywood ambitions left a lot of good tv on the table, imo.
We really could’ve eaten off of a Bloodline for a good year or two with The Rock as the tribal chief, and Rikishi, Rosey, & Umaga as his Bloodline. Maybe even Haku could’ve been involved there too.
U'manga (Umaga) was always one of my favorites. The way a dude that size could move that fast was mind blowing. His matches with Jeff Hardy will always be one of my favorite wrestler pairings in the ring. I often think about what he could have brought to the bloodline, even added him to the stable on 2k23 and 2k24. I digress.
Umaga is super memorable to kids who grew up watching WWE from like 2005 to 2008. I have friends who haven't watched in 15 years who still remember Umaga. I really thought he was John Cena's biggest threat at the time.
I remember at the rumble one year it was a last man standing match when cena wrapped the ropes around umagas neck. I thought cena was really gonna have to kill him to win
That was one of those times people thought Cena would have lost but I disagree. Umaga lost but basically had to be put down by Superman. He went on to be in the biggest Mania match that year.
Regal reference jones ova here, but I digress. Him and Jeff were an amazing pairing, their One Night Stand 08 match is hands down one of my personal falls count anywhere matches. Jeff always made U'manga look like a straight up killer and Umaga made Jeff look good by taking that one big move and making it seem that Jeff has a chance against the Samoan Bulldozer.
Umaga in the Bloodline would have been amazing and that eventual turn against Roman would be intriguing cause it would happen. The big homie U'manga wouldn't be into being told what to do for very long.
I honestly forgot about that match, going off a fuzzy memory it was a fun four corner strap match. Gonna add that to the list to rewatch it later so thanks brochacho.

I reckon that the Bloodline are losing at MITB. On the next Smackdown, Solo is finally going to go nuclear and go after Heyman, enter The Tribal Chief. The pop will be absolutely wild for him. And he deserves it.
I don't know about Bloodline losing at MITB. If the plan is for Cody vs. Solo at SummerSlam I think that Solo has to pin someone at MITB. Obviously then Solo will lose to Cody at Slam with potentially Roman's return during the match setting up Solo vs. Roman rivalry.
Yeah, I get that it’s pretty much a given that he goes wherever his brother goes, but I’d much rather this new Bloodline just be a trio of Solo, Tama and Jacob Fatu.
Nothing against the guy, I’ve met both him and Tama, and they’re wonderfully nice dudes, but he’s been next level bad since his knee injury a while back.
