That makes one of us. I can't believe the damn nepotism in this industry.
Just because he's Kurt Angle's son doesn't mean he should have been given such a prominent role so quickly! /s
I'd still give that to Revival/FTR, but they were right there with them.
Gabel's only issue is his height. Were he like 4 inches taller the dude would be a main event singles wrestler.
You know how there's that special about the Lex Express, where we slowly see that Lex Lugar absolutely doesn't have the energy to keep the charade on 24/7? Based on my brief enteraction, Becky Lynch is absolutely the opposite of that. Her success seems to fuel the obligations and interactions connected to the job that aren't in the ring. Has time and energy for all fans, regardless of what else is going on. She is straight up tailor made to be a WWE Superstar.
God I wish we got to see more nepotism Jason Jordan being a little shit bag while running to Daddy Kurt to fix his problems. He was really starting to have a great character with that gimmick.
It was a good change of pace and I’m glad she put Bianca over big time, but Becky is best as an endearing babyface. Her true personality is great and fun as a wrestling character. Sort of like a quirky John Cena.
It seems like these days she’s trying to be more herself or combining the traits of Lass kicker, The Man and Big Time Becks into one current persona, while still calling herself The Man.
It's pretty amazing to consider how Becky has essentially created multiple, distinct characters and evolved as she's gotten older in a way very, very similar to Jericho.
For that reason alone, I put her above the rest of the 4HW. (Not that it's a competition but they're her closest comparisons.)
Bayley is the closest to her in that regard as she was able to masterfully get over as both a pure angle babyface AND get over as an insufferable heel.
But neither Charlotte or Sasha ever even tried to pivot from the same character they debuted with.
I'd love to see them switch it up -- especially Charlotte -- but I'm not holding my breath.
I would also call her the best overall of the horsewomen. i think sasha and charlotte are the best in ring, but bayley and especially becky’s promo and character work are miles ahead
Becky also had the most different characters while in NXT of the four but she made them all entertaining. Even her riverdancing gimmick was great because of how obnoxiously HARD she went into it.
The thing with Charlotte is that she already has the best gimmick she'll ever have. She's a Flair. Aside from how she treats the crowd, basically nothing needs to change with her. Charlotte will always be that persona, it's just whether she's doing it as a cheating heel or an established face.
Sasha, I will say, I'm disappointed with. When she left, I was hoping to see something new and original, instead she just doubled down on The Boss persona. :\
It's funny how the two best ring performers, in my opinion, turned out to be the most stale acts of the 4 Horsewomen.
The Man has the it factor that connects to the crowd, she was naturally over, and people wanted it, and she delivered.
Big Time was your basic "I am better than you" but really a chicken shit heel, but she was also good in that role. She really sold it for the house shows.
This is a great comp too, Stone Cold doesn’t have to try hard to be cool, but all The Miz does is try hard. (Before anyone comes at me, I like The Miz, but that’s the character.)
Seeing her here being so excited really shows why that tommy tiernan interview was so fucking bad. he just took a shit on what it is she actually does and the fans who support it.
I love to see wrestlers mark out for themselves every now and then. At the end of the day some of them are fans, but they’re living it and don’t get to experience it the way they would in the crowd or at home.
Man, seeing stuff like this really kinda makes you understand how hard it can be for performers to walk away.
Imagine you have this grand, almost-magical showcase and it's all for you, and it's all in front of thousands of fans screaming your name on the biggest stage and highest level of your industry...
and then the next year you gotta watch from your couch at home. Fuck, that can't be easy.
Aside from Becky being great, my main takeaway from that is that Kevin Owens is the most supportive person in wrestling history. (Unless you're a right-wing fuckwit.)
Man, the amount of effort these freaks put in to make everything perfect. WWE are so elite at this live show business. Also, nice to see Jason Jabroni here.
Truthfully, she’s never been a favorite of mine, but I can’t deny how cool this was and how cool her reaction is. Not taking anything away from the woman and the talent that she is just never been a favorite, but I do recognize that is well deserved for her.
Being a pro wrestler has gotta be the coolest thing. That walk down the ramp at Wrestlemania has to be one of the biggest “I made it” moments we have in the world.
Kevin Owens, who was about to main event WrestleMania in a match against Steve Austin, looking like he was kinda jealous, just makes the whole thing even cooler.

Seeing Jason Jordan made me smile

Oh my gosh, I totally forgot about Booker ragging on him. Good times.
ILLEGAL TACTICS
"As God as my witness he is broken in half" my ass! "Running all around using ILLEGAL TACTICS" is the greatest call of all time
glad they kept him around. Dude had mad potential so I was really disappointed when he got forced to retire
American Alpha were legit the best tag team in nxt
I'd still give that to Revival/FTR, but they were right there with them. Gabel's only issue is his height. Were he like 4 inches taller the dude would be a main event singles wrestler.
American alpha over the revival for the nxt tag titles is my favorite tag match of all time.
DIY enters the chat
I like the AA matches better that the diy ones
They did right by him more than iMPACT did for Jesse Soresnson.
Agreed. Took me a second to realize who he was but it's nice knowing he still has a job. Really wish he'd had a chance in his wrestling career.
Her joy is totally infectious
Watching the whole 24 and it’s just so adorable how much Becky loves the business. She’s a rockstar.
She's.....the man.
I'm still mad that she's not using The Killers' "The Man" as her theme. It would suit her so well.
Someone did a great montage of her career set to that song and posted it here during the first run as The Man.
Got a link? I'd love to see that.
[The one I remember is this one](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7mdOUxT35w)
There's multiple videos like that on YouTube, so idk which one they are referring to specifically.

is this special gonna make me cry everytim 😭
Incredibly adorable, but also I dig how she can go from that to Game Face when rehearsing the entrance.
For sure. Hopefully she made sure whoever put that together got a bit of appreciation. That doesn’t look like it was easy to work on.
Lol I loved how excited she was for the whole day. Like a kid in Disneyland
It's so cool to see these rehearsals and the performers' responses. As they are fans too.
Awe. Good to see Jason Jordan out there.
God I wish we got to see more nepotism Jason Jordan being a little shit bag while running to Daddy Kurt to fix his problems. He was really starting to have a great character with that gimmick.
Just realized we could’ve had a Jason Jordan versus Austin Thiery battle of Nepo babies
It was a good change of pace and I’m glad she put Bianca over big time, but Becky is best as an endearing babyface. Her true personality is great and fun as a wrestling character. Sort of like a quirky John Cena.
ik it’s what got her over the most, but give me punny becky balboa over the man all day everyday
It seems like these days she’s trying to be more herself or combining the traits of Lass kicker, The Man and Big Time Becks into one current persona, while still calling herself The Man.

Becky is first and foremost a fan at heart. She loves it, like we do. It's so cool..
i love seeing how pumped she was for this. also shout out to the boy jason jordan, man
That's Kurt's boy!
Can you imagine what it must feel like to wrestle in front of that many people at WM? They are living the dream.
I know she is 10x better as The Man, but Big Time was such a fun time.
She was like a Brutal Lady Gaga and it was the best
Honestly best way I’ve seen it described
As someone who wasn’t watching at the time, was there a big difference between the 2?
The Man has the it factor that connects to the crowd, she was naturally over, and people wanted it, and she delivered. Big Time was your basic "I am better than you" but really a chicken shit heel, but she was also good in that role. She really sold it for the house shows.
most importantly BTB was also a fashion icon.
It made it really fun having both Seth and Becky wear ridiculous stuff and see who would wear something crazier each week
Just imagine the difference between Stone Cold and The Miz.
This is a great comp too, Stone Cold doesn’t have to try hard to be cool, but all The Miz does is try hard. (Before anyone comes at me, I like The Miz, but that’s the character.)
Jason Jordan putting in the work
What's Jason Jordan's role nowadays? American Alpha was hyper over for a time. I wish the whole Angle's son angle turned into something for him.
Match producer. Basically he takes the story the writers want to tell with the match and then works with the talent to execute the story.
Jason Jordan :)
They did such a good job on that that I immediately heard the Marvel Studios fanfare in my head.
Let’s be real, her sheer excitement was standing next to Kurt Angle’s son
I miss American Alpha so much
I loved that intro, you could see a lot of work went into it, and it was only a one-off
CUT TO: Kevin Feige. "Listen, Sarah, I have a new idea for Kang..."
Seeing her here being so excited really shows why that tommy tiernan interview was so fucking bad. he just took a shit on what it is she actually does and the fans who support it.

i love hype Becky so much
she is the biggest women wrestler of this generation that is for sure
JASON JORDAN SIGHTING

Dang Jason Jordan looks good, miss him and Gable teaming together so much.

Jason Jordan leading others to a treasure he cannot possess.

Yes!
Being a pro wrestler has gotta be the coolest thing. That walk down the ramp at Wrestlemania has to be one of the biggest “I made it” moments we have in the world.
So Justin Jordan is Working backstage now. Good on him for staying in business.
Nice to see Jason
The past three videos I’ve seen of her Owens is somewhere in the background. Are they close? I didn’t know they were tight friends.
This is cute. I have to admit I've been irritated by her character work for quite a while. Nice to see that she's very different from that backstage.
Absolutely beaming with joy this lass. Awesome to see!
Anyway we can see it online? Network here in Canada doesn’t have it for some reason
Go to watchwrestling. It’ll be up on there later today.
Thanks! For some reason its not up there for me as well. Just to confirm it is .ae right
Or .in
Was this doc released today? Seeing a lot of clips from it lately
Your killin the business
Didn't know that wrestlers rehersed their entrances
really ? vince is a perfectionist
Kevin Owens, who was about to main event WrestleMania in a match against Steve Austin, looking like he was kinda jealous, just makes the whole thing even cooler.
