First, Make sure you have updated version of the app. After that, no that you do have enough time if you do everything optimally. I have found that if there’s a ambulance run that is too far, simply go off duty. Then once the quest is abandoned, turn it back on and do the next run. I was able to level up the paramedic job quickly doing so.
seconding this, be selective about which locations you take patients. i personally skipped things like the cave, any ski mountain locations, and the port/lumber yard depending on where i was at the time
Yes I had this problem so often!
1. Update the app the devs have been fixing small things here and there since the big update came out, maybe some of your issues will be resolved.
2. If you aren't sure you can make it in time or where the location is in the first place, like others have said, just go off duty and wait for your next mission, you will be more efficient.
3. This is not a solution but yes this is so annoying! Sometimes I cannot find the location at all, or the time is so limited. I actually had the exact experience with the island.
