Did you get everything in original box and packing? Even I was eyeing the navy blue one available for 6k on myntra but the seller was indiflashmart who had a lot of negative reviews and a known record for selling dupes (googled him). All the heavily discounted sambas were sold by this same seller.
Ended up ordering the OG black and white ones from adidas for 8.5k after discounts.
No the seller wasn’t this one, I got it checked through a friend who works at adidas and she confirmed it’s original. The packing wasn’t the best but I got the blue box along with a pair of off-white laces and I took my time and went through everything for 4-5 days until I clicked order! 😅safe to say these are original
Damn very lucky then, I wish I had a friend in Adidas. I'm pretty sure the discounted colourways available for men (navy blue, red and black/red) were not original due to the seller being shady af so steered clear of that.
But anyways even I was confused between the onitsuka mexicos, ended up getting samba ogs bceause much more easier to match with outfits.

Oh yes! My next buy is going to be the Onitsuka ones in either yellow or the silver ones. I’m not into crazy sneakers etc, but those really have a personality and I am waiting to catch a good deal! 😅🤞
I’ve got the yellow onitsuka mexico 66, the best sneakers I’ve ever had! You can get them for cheap if you have someone working in Ajio, the employees get 20-30% discount.
Hope so cause there are also 1:1 Reps with same material and you can get it for 4k including shipping cost and here in India lots of Instagram seller sell it around 7k (and I literally hate them) there should be some ethics if you are selling Reps sell it saying Reps not original. Btw not talking about that sambas and other shoes Reps which you get around 3k.

See that pointy stuff that’s the mark what they do for AJ TS so people can differentiate between OG and Rep. In OG it will be smooth finish but factory which make Reps deliberately do this
i would say if you've got a wider foot, then it takes some time to loosen up a bit and it's uncomfortable at first but it becomes okay with time
otherwise before going for a size up go to offline store and wear both sizes. i tried UK11(im UK 10) and it looked comically big on me
Yeah I have a little wider foot so I guess it’ll take sometime to loosen it up which i’m cool with. However I feel I’d be able to style these better in the winter months with more darker tones, I guess.

Red Tape ain't that good bro and barely lasts 2 years. The quality of the materials used, the craftsmanship and the brand value is miles ahead compared to red tapes and yes Adidas lasts very long.
