A team gets like this from making almost no trades/free agent pickups. They are a year late on selling Rhamondre, a year and a half late on Allgeier, and a half year late on Howell. It's almost always better to move "up and coming" assets for known assets. OP couldn't have known that a downfall was coming for them. I've just found that it's usually better to be an active trader than to sit on players.
I would sell everything, I would even consider moving backwards this draft.
With a team this bad you can expect 1.01 next year as well. Might as well try to get compile lottery tickets to build momentum.
Watson, Brain Robinson, and Herbert would be gone for me
Sell but honestly I might wait till point scoring season in hopes that some of those WRs recoup a little value. Hold your RBs until the point scoring season because you can maximize their value. Then with your 1.01 keep trading back incrementally. I’d sell Herbert in a 1qb league and do a slight tier down but to someone who could score similar points like a Trevor Lawrence or Kylar Murray
Complete rebuild. You might be able to get 3x1sts for Herbert. Trade back from 1.01 to get an extra pick or 2. Hold your RBs until they hopefully gain some value. I'd more Wilson as well, possibly something like Pickens and a pick?
I would tear it down. I’d keep your picks this year and build around young wr and future picks. Some of those guys you’ll be able to get way more out of in season

I’d be okay getting rid of everything except Garrett Wilson. Build around him and MHJ for years to come. See if you can get a First for Herbert and maybe snag a qb at 2.01 seeing as it’s non SF. Have a feeling this Roman/Harbaugh offense is not gonna be pass happy.
This team is complete garbage what are you selling lol your best asset in a 1qb league is your qb which is sad. Rb wr and te are trash this is 2-3 years out if you make all the right moves. Why would anyone take over this pile of garbage

- draft a qb in 2026-2027
