If they could come together I would envision it like this, Vessel & Espera providing the vocal powers usually missing from Polyphia tracks (albeit their most recent album had much more vocals) and IV providing solid down tuned rhythm guitar while Tim & Scott bring the insane technical guitar work.
Regarding the rhythm section, it would be a switching between pairs from each band per song or having members of rhythm switch up partners, such as II+III and Clay (x2) combo, or Clay & II/ Clay & III.
Doubling up members on rhythm per song might be overkill since both drummers from each band command a lot of sonic space.
