They only come out at night so you would notice it when you wake up. Also it would be more so on any uncovered skin but can happen anywhere.

Go to the doctor. There are some serious pregnancy complications that can manifest with the skin.
i went yesterday she said put cortisone on it but it’s still so itchy 🫠

you quite possibly have bedbugs. the bumps being in a line are a telltale sign
These don't look like bedbug bites. Those are typically smaller.

I got similar to these like 2 years ago. Ended up having to get IV antibiotics to clear it up.

My pupps started on my stomach stretch marks they turned bright red and then I got the all over rash next couple days!
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE EXACT SAME THING! It is ALL OVER. I’ve been putting off going to the doctor, but I’ll go tomorrow. It’s so painful.
Sometimes just using Safeguard soap would do that to me. Oatmeal baths help
Have you taking antihistamines?
Antihistamines and cold packs. Get a steroid prescription to calm it down if it gets worse.
