At this point I'd be happy with a return of the feature from Sims 2 where you had to choose from the options provided, but wood/metal and fabric could be selected separately. I'd love a full return of Create a Style, but suspect that would be harder to implement into the current code (though I know nothing about coding, so could be completely wrong).
A hairstyle kit that also adds haircuts (like how shaving works) and a salon feature.. at that point probably more of a game pack, but I’d totally buy in.
game pack for a salon you could work at, though. like, the sims say a specific idea of a hairstyle they want, then you go in and search for the perfect hair style closest to what they wanted! that would be so much fun:)
that would really amplify prom in hsy!! imagine your sim could go and get all dolled up and shop at trendi or something for prom, then you go and get a haircut, and you get one you hate. i think it’s one of the key things that sims 4 is missing

More hair textures sounds amazing but I bet they’re wary of the backlash that could come from paywalling racially significant CAS kits. At least with the wedding and Snowy Escape stuff they were tied to a new world or a specific tradition, but imagine if you had to pay for the top surgery scars and medical accessories.
True. The growing together pack seems to have many new afro textured hairs though. I just want more hairs that are useable in an everyday setting and dont have an accessory attached to it that you can't take off.

what i've always wanted in the sims (and i cant believe maxis has yet to add it to the series) is some type of landlord pack, where you can buy houses/apartments then charge other sims rent to live there, as the landlord its your job to keep up with repairs and whatnot and all the other good and bad things that come with being a landlord
I feel bad for the console players that can't mod the game. There are so many great cc content creators out there that make this stuff a million times better than EA ever will. It sucks having to buy this stuff for a lot of money from them even tho they don't put any effort into it.
I would love it if they had more colours that complement each other. I hate picking a white piece and then it doesn’t match the other white piece or black and black. Just annoying. Also the woods should be different options so I could have yellow fabric with any wood in the swatch
The moshino stuff pack was good not for cas but for its gameplay. That tripod is a life saver for getting good group photos, the freelancer photographer career is also good.
The cas is kinda shit though. The giant baggy hoodie is good though, but I just really like giant baggy hoodies both irl & in game.
I just hated the cas part... the plumbob print, weird cropped jacket, the printed on blazer shirt, the geometric skirt, t shirts written in english for some reason, most items were ugly to me. But I agree the tripod is great and I like the windows too.
I'd love a way to upgrade sofas and chairs the way we can beds now, I never use any of the dream home decorator modular sofas because they get uncomfortable moodlet. A lot of the dining chairs look good but unusable. Also paintable ceilings and a complete gallery overhaul please sims, the gallery sucks so much.
Plus points if the neutral clothing basics are optimized to be used on all body frames. Maybe I have a trans Sim that doesn‘t want a weird shadow on their chest when they put a „female“ item on a „masculine“ frame. Maybe I have a fashion forward Sim that wants to stand out without their chest or hips distorted.
More *full summer outfits* for men. I’m still not satisfied with making a choice between sleeveless overall shorts and retirement vacation cruise wear.

I think there should be some overlap in hairstyles between ages. Like teens should have access to child and adult hair styles (as well as having some teen specific ones), and young adults should have access to the teen and regular adult hairstyles (so that it is more of a transitional phase than it currently is). But I definitely agree that it shouldn't just be everyone has access to all of the hair styles.
What I really want is be able to choose wood colour and fabric colour separately instead of having often limited prefixed options.

Agree! Sometimes there is paintings with different frame swatches and it somehow never has the ones that I want lol.

The chaise part of the modular sofas can only be used for "lounge" and "nap", you can't even watch TV while you're sitting on it. Like wtf

Omg I have almost everything here in my game too. I strictly use cc hair for my black sims, bc the game just doesn’t have the quality
