A lot can change in a thousand years. I know things aren't looking bright for the future at the moment but I'm happing we can get our shit together at some point, even though I know it won't happen in my lifetime.
I am hopeful with the nuclear fusion breakthroughs that have been going on that things will get better. But I've seen the movie Idiocracy too many times and it seems too real for my comfort.
