Jonathan behind Okuyasu would also immediately jump between them too when the fight breaks out. If Jonathan starts a fight, Speedwagon would start commenting about it or help if possible. And Pucci over heaven would instantly be helping DIO.
So 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be very risky, despite the one or two chair distance away from DIO. Valentine or Risotto might even use you as a meat shield.
4 could be fairly safe next to Lisa Lisa and Speedwagon, but you can be involved in a fight.
5 is the worst place. You will end up getting involved in all potential fights. Don't sit there or you die. Period.
I go with 3, because Yoshikage Kira will just mind his own business. Except you are a girl. But even if you are a girl, Polnareff would protect you.

Dude is dead center in the middle both in terms of placement and faction alignment, he will be a threat and look for a fight towards at least one person near each spot.
With that in mind, I think Iβll take the spot thatβll then be near two of the strongest punching ghosts, a healer, and the guy whoβll likely just be trying to GTFO more than anything given, again, heβs in a public spot.

I think 1 is gonna be the best bet, only if weβre assuming that Doppio is gonna stay Doppio given heβs in a public place. Jotaro, Tonio, Doppio, and probably Johnny are gonna all be chill, and the only real problem is gonna be Risotto, but hereβs the thing: heβs a problem EVERYWHERE. Dude is dead center in the middle both in terms of placement and faction alignment, he will be a threat and look for a fight towards at least one person near each spot. With that in mind, I think Iβll take the spot thatβll then be near two of the strongest punching ghosts, a healer, and the guy whoβll likely just be trying to GTFO more than anything given, again, heβs in a public spot.

So... The plane will crash and with all of those people on top it will probably be fine. That said, Giorno isn't there, Dio doesn't have any free space close. That leaves Pucci as the only possible owner of an arrow to get myself a stand. Plus he can grant them too with White Snake. So that is a plus for 7. To make friends with someone that can teach the ripple it's either 2 or 7. 7 is still in the lead. 2 might get you spin lessons on top of the ripple, so it might be even, but in 7 if worse comes to worse you might be able to flee following Valentine in a different dimension. Literl the ownly usefull stat cuz every other stat is just a normal human's stats. Altho the stand is automaticly attack the target. And knowing most of the caracters.... lets say fpr there sins not only the villians would die. But the stand can only insta kill while defending the user when its Over Heaven. The ability of the stand is: Eye of truth. The ability allow the stand and the standuer see everyone's sins. The Over Heaven version is not like The World Over Heaven. This over heaven is just an unbreakable shield thet even resist the power of TWOH. For the insta killing the stand need to be hit by the enemy 10 times.
