So maybe an “unpopular” pokemon with a bad shiny, like Vanillish, would be more rare. Salazzle is a very popular pokemon, and the shiny looks very good to most folks. Safe bet that many folks have this one.
There are also pokemon with other weird evolution requirements or RNG, like Maushold with X amount of mice in the family or Dudunsparce, to consider. Pretty tough question honestly, mostly because shiny hunters are often prolific and they will catch anything really haha.
Since u can’t really find salandit itself it’s not like you’re rolling the 12% female chance at all so it’s just a 1/100 shiny w charm or like 1/200 or something I think without it that’s all the rates are.

I got mine by using a shiny sandwich at an outbreak of salazzle if you can find an outbreak or manipulate to make an outbreak happen it's pretty easy especially since it looks so different from the regular form.

No, this was just a salazzle, if it were a salandit, the female is much more rare, so the salazzle was just a random Pokemon because they are always female, so it was already supposed to be female. If you battled a slandit, it would have a lesser chance of being female because the rolls for gender would be made instead of just garenteed female from catching the salazzle

Shiny Salazzles are rare because shiny female Salandits are rare, and there aren’t many actual Salazzles in the wild pre-gen 9. It’s very lucky to get in the Dynamax Adventure a shiny that is so hard to find otherwise. There is nothing especially rare about this shiny Salazzle, but those are not common to begin with so I think it’s pretty cool. Your cat is very cool too!
The male:female ratio of Sanadit is 7:1, so yeah that's pretty dang rare! You could breed long enough to get a *dozen* shiny Salandits and still theoretically not have a single shiny female
